We stayed for a long weekend to enjoy the Prelude. Perfect location within walking distance to restraints and shops. The ample parking was a treat!

This was absolutely on of our favorite family vacations. The house was perfect for out needs with a 4 y/o traveling with us and we were so close to town. Would recommend to family groups travailing to this area. We would love to come again1

Super location in a charming older home

The home is set up beautifully for comfortable relaxing indoors and out. The location is amazing, just a short walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Our host was accomodating and explained some of the property features and quirks. We would definitely stay there again - thanks Brian for a really lovely experience!

Great location and vacation home. Owner is super responsive and kind. Our extended family had a great vacation week - enjoyed the short walk into town, grill, and hot tub. Very clean and house as pictured and described.

Great location. Walked to town several times a day. Enjoyed breakfast most mornings at H.B. Provisions and other nearby restaurants. Brian was very responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Maine Getaway

This property worked well for our family getaway. Nice layout, comfortable for four couples. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The fire pit and hot tub kept us home in the evenings, enjoying each other’s company in the privacy of the beautifully kept back yard.

Family vacation

Spent 7 days with our son, daughter and their families. Less than a 5 minute walk into Dock Square. The house had everything you could want. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to be close to Dock Square.

Our 3 night stay here was great. We were there for our sons wedding in downtown Kennebunkport. The location of this home is so close to town that we never used our car from the day we arrived. This is a well kept, well supplied and clean older home. The back yard is perfect for kids and adults. Will surely stay here again on our next trip to Kennebunkport.

Wonderful Kennebunk home

This was a great property for our family summer vacay! 6 adults and 4 children fit comfortably in the house. Can’t beat the location! We enjoyed walking into town every day. The backyard was a great space for the kids to run around and for us to sit and relax. We enjoyed the hot tub too! Kitchen had supplies and the towels and linens were available for the stay. The house was Clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend this house!

Perfect family house

We stayed for a week with our 2 kids, ages 3 and 4, and one set of grandparents. We all had our own space, and didn’t feel cramped. We entertained company with a large dinner party, we enjoyed the hot tub, playground and spacious backyard! If all that wasn’t enough, it’s the proximity to town that really made the trip. We walked to dinner (and ice cream) nearly every night. There is also a town playground a short walk away! Can’t beat this for a family with little kids.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The backyard was huge. The outdoor shower was a plus and great for rinsing off when coming back from the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk to town and a short drive to the local beach. We appreciated Brian's quick responses to our inquiries and his attentiveness. Thank you Brian and Melissa.

Beautiful Home perfectly located near town & the beach!

We had a wonderful week renting this home located in Kennebunk Maine. The homeowners were wonderful to work with and very helpful. The home worked perfectly for our family of six. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. We also liked the fire-pit & the hot tub in the big back yard. We loved being able to walk to town in the mornings for coffee, to shop, go to restaurants or go out for ice cream. We rode the bikes provided to the beaches and to fish. There are plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards coolers and a beach umbrella. There’s so much to do in this little town and we look forward to coming back to this beautiful home again soon.

Fun, Family, Celebration at its BEST

My family and I have been coming up to Kennebunk for many years as our family has a house there. We can this summer as a larger family to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary and this wonderful home was a hop,skip and a jump away from our relatives property. It was beautiful, well stocked with towels, linens and all the amenities needed and we had some special considerations with our trip. Brian the property manager was a delight- he was attentive, responsive to questions we had, in taking so many hours to fix a Wi-Fi issue we were having and to recommend dining options and to help us with a big party last minute reservation at the wine bar. I would 100% recommend this property and will absolutely be back!!!

Simply Amazing

Brian & Melissa were so incredibly helpful from booking to recommendations for places to see and some of the best restaurants to experience. Hands down one of the best houses I have ever stayed at. Perfectly appointed! It was so nice after a brisk day to come “home” and sit by the fire pit, enjoy the hot tub and just relax. I am definitely booking this house for our next family getaway! Everything You Need and More!!

Exactly as advertised. Short walk to all Kennebunk has to offer. We had 9 folks and we fit comfortably in the authentic house. Great house for entertaining with very large backyard, fire pit, hot tub and large deck. We had a blast.

It worked out really well!

My family and I rented this home for a family wedding in Kennebunkport. It was a great location, except for road noise from being on the main road through town. The house is lovely, plenty of parking, and the back yard/deck/fire pit and hot tub were just as you would want...maybe nicer! The kitchen is nice. The house is truly turnkey. Our host was awesome!

Perfect for our family reunion!

Amazing stay! We recently had a new baby and planned a family reunion in Maine so that family could get to know the baby. It was a perfect location - a stone’s throw to downtown and could walk to Ocean Ave/Walker’s Point/Gooch’s Beach from there. With three generations, there was something for everyone within walking distance. Brian the host was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we enjoyed the stay. He even helped us get a dinner res the Sunday of Labor Day when we were struggling to find one! Truly the best, hope to return soon!

Awesome location!

Our family enjoyed staying in this charming home. The location was great - walking distance to the town with many shops and restaurants. The beaches were beautiful and easy to get to. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
