"Clearwater 4D, ubicado en 517 East Beach Boulevard, ¡es el encanto de la playa que has estado buscando! Esta unidad de dos dormitorios y dos baños tiene una cama king size en la suite principal y una cama queen size en la habitación de invitados. Además de las dos habitaciones, hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar y literas en el pasillo (¡las literas no son adecuadas para adultos, solo niños, por favor!). Con tres televisores, dos reproductores de DVD y WiFi dedicado, podrá mantenerse conectado y entretenido durante toda su estadía. Tómese el tiempo para disfrutar de los sonidos del Golfo de México desde su balcón privado frente a la playa. Con una cocina completamente equipada, lavadora y secadora, puede mantener las comodidades y la facilidad del hogar mientras está fuera.

Clearwater es un complejo de baja densidad con una hermosa ubicación frente a la playa que facilita el acceso a la playa. Everything was wonderful except previous renter put food encrusted dishes in cupboard to save needing to wash. Quite disgusting., but I don’t expect housekeeping to go through cupboard to check, i expect previous tenants to do what is asked by VBRO.Great location and great views, great beachWould recommend a paint job on building to liven it up a tad. Fix elevator button and floor lights Overall a very nice place

Wonderful stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo gave us the best vacation. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff checked on us via texts to make sure things were going smoothly or if we needed anything during our time there. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay at this condo or at another of the companies properties. We will definitely be using them again for our trips to the Gulf Coast. The only small detail to note is that the gate to the beach sometimes took more than once to get it to open by keying the code. It wasn't all the time and it did always open.

Quiet Oasis

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying at Clearwater. Didn’t know what to expect. We were so happy there was plenty of parking. That makes a great first impression. Upon entering the condo we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. Entry was welcoming and decorated. The master was big with a king bed. The view was of next door and the parking/roadway. Bathroom not huge but plenty of space. Once down the hall you find the second bedroom, bathroom and bunks. The hall bathroom was larger than the master and nicely decorated. Our 190lb, 5’10”, 15 year old slept comfortably on the bunk. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, dishwasher, and all the things needed to cook. There’s a bar with stools as well as a table for four. There was plenty of room in the living area. Loved the recliner, it was cozy. My most favorite spot the entire time was the balcony. I could just sit there for days. The view, sounds and my good book was the absolute best part. There’s a pool; which we never used. We rented beach chairs from Ike’s. But there were extra chairs and supplies in the second bedroom closet. That’s a major plus! Elevator was fast. Never had to wait and wait on the elevator. Says a lot if you know you know. Only suggestion is the master needs a new mattress. You can see intentions where it’s been slept on. If it had the same mattress the hall bedroom had you’d definitely never miss home. We were so very pleased. It was clean, comfortable and all around a 5 Star in my eyes.

The price was reasonable and it is close to everything you need but not as crowded. I will definitely stay here again for quick getaway. The only thing was the elevator had a very bad smell at times but as far as the condo it was clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we walked in, we were disappointed. It smells moldy, the bathroom vents make whistling sounds ALL NIGHT, there was a huge hair ball in the living room from the previous guests. The bathtubs haven’t been cleaned in months. The floor was so greasy and the grout in the tile was sticky, we wore shoes the entire stay. At some point, a cupcake had been thrown onto the ceiling and all over the fridge. It was still there when we arrived, along with nasty handprints on the front of the fridge. Stainless steel appliances should be wiped down inside and out before every guest. There wasn’t any hot water in the kitchen, so I’m not sure how clean the dishes were. I put them in the dishwasher before we left. Even the kitchen table had not been wiped off before we arrived. We had to vacuum the sand out of the washer and dryer before we could use them. However, we only washed one load of towels and took home our dirty towels to wash in our clean appliances. I looked over the balcony onto the pool area and was surprised to see how black and nasty the area around the pool was. This was by far the nastiest place we have EVER stayed. I’ll never stay at another Bender property if this is the norm. When I arrived home, I took a few hanging clothes (that I didn’t wear) out of the bag. They smelled so moldy, they had to be washed anyway. Terrible experience, just terrible.

Our condo looked like it had at least been somewhat updated . And when you are charging a 195.00 cleaning fee , you expect it to be clean !! On a good note the floor was clean ! Not planning on staying there again . The property management did offer to send someone back to clean , but wasn’t interested in pointing out everything they didn’t do !

Unit smelled musty and was not clean, tile grout was black, if you walk barefoot in the unit your feet will turn black, unit needs to be updated, carpet in bedrooms??, dirty carpet in restroom, wifi was not working when we got there because electrical breaker was tripped. the only thing good about this unit was the view. definitely not worth the price we were charged. definitely will not visit here again.

Beach Getaway

Ultimately, we liked the location of the condo. The only complaint I had with the condo is the floors were dirty in the bathroom and bedroom. Everything else was fine. The condominium building is older and smaller but that was actually great because it left plenty of space on the beach for family and friends. You are not packed in like sardines. The condo unit itself gave us plenty of room and it’s a nice size. We met a lot of other nice families there. Lizzie with Bender Realty was great.

Great little ocean front condo

Condo was just as described. Loved the fact that it’s a smaller building. Parking was not an issue, nor was waiting for an elevator. There’s a place to store your beach chairs, toys, etc just inside the parking garage. We had a great vacation and the condo was perfect for our needs!

Very disappointed in this condo. The stove was old, knobs had no writing on them anymore, the oven and stovetop burned most the food cooked. All the cookware is mix and match very worn item. Simple things like a vacuum or broom to help keep sand clean in the condo was aggravating. Huge ancient vacuum that smelled when you used it, or a broom that was only 2 ft tall to sweep with. The new sliding glass doors for balcony had trouble locking. We had working on our balcony with no way to properly lock the condo. Bathrooms were very outdated. There has been no upgrading to this condo. Would NOT recommend Clearwater 4d for a beach vacation

All and all a decent place

For having such a high fee for cleaning, it was not that clean. Clothes were still in dresser and under the beds and dressers were very dirty with socks, empty plastic bottles, etc... Location is nice and quiet being away from all the shops, but not too far away. An overall decent place.

Minor issues with the condo as the exh fan on the range was barely working, the tv was missing a remote and the other was broken, and had to stock up in basics like toilet paper, soap, and detergent. Some drains were slow. Condo was showing a little age but in general in very good shape and clean.
