Une fantastique cuisine française française avec une immense île encastrée avec une cuisinière à gaz et un bar à petit-déjeuner contient tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer des repas gastronomiques dans la salle à manger avec vue sur l'océan, qui peut accueillir dix personnes sous un lustre moderne étincelant. Vous pouvez sortir du salon en vous installant sur des chaises Adirondack sur le pont avec vue sur l'océan ou monter dans le bain à remous et profiter du coucher de soleil pendant que vous vous baignez.

Une salle de jeux avec air hockey, un jeu d'arcade Multicade et une télévision à écran plat raviront les enfants, jeunes et moins jeunes. Il ya un lit queen luxueux au niveau principal avec une grande télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain complète à l’esprit spa. Very clean and spacious. The BBQ grill was clean and there was plenty of propane gas. The hot tub was clean and fully functional!! Check in was easy and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The short walk to the beach was easy and picturesque!

The house was beautiful. We did love it and the beds were all very comfortable. We did however find a some issues. We found a pair of underwear behind some furniture (unsure if clean or dirty, did not check) sauna didn't work, but after looking through the other reviews, we think it may never work. There are no screens in any windows. This was the biggest issue. We were worried critters would come in or maybe just felt a little unsafe, but needed some fresh air.

Family Getaway

The property was close to the beach through a trail. Our family enjoyed walking through the trail and seeing the beach. The home was big, and we had room for six adults, two children and an infant.

Beautiful

Amazing location with peek-a-boo beach views, a short wooded walk to the beach. The house was spacious and well furnished. We had 9 people in our group and we had plenty of room with comfortable sleeping arrangements. The house was spotless. We enjoyed everything about it!

Seaclusion is the best!

This house is beautiful and very comfortable with great ocean views! Kitchen is lovely, but not fully outfitted w basic amenities like enough kitchen towels, napkins, baggies, Saran wrap etc…. It did have a blender after telling us they did not, so that was a nice surprise. Fabulous location for beach access! Overall a wonderful vacation home.

Family Reunion

We had a great stay with family for our family reunion. The listing said the downstairs bedroom was a queen, with a bonus king bedroom. I found this confusing. In reality, it was two bedrooms next to each other. The house is on a very quiet street, which made for a safe bubble blowing activity.

Great location

Everything is great except except slight musty smell in house and hot tub was not ready as far as safe levels of bromine etc. I carry testing strips always for beach vacations. took 3 days to get it up to par.

We had work to do on our stay and music we wanted to stream but no service in the house and No WiFi. They don’t care that this caused us a lot of issues with one guest not being able to join us and we couldn’t play any movies or stream our video we had for my husbands birthday. They said sorry a lot but didn’t offer any sort of discount or late check it to compensate. 10 am checkout is too early and maid came at 9:30 and sat outside. They want you to do quite a bit of cleaning before 10am and be out the door.

We can confirm the Wi-Fi issue has since been repaired by the service provider. Regarding checkout and housekeeping: standard checkout is 10 AM; we apologize the cleaner arrived early and waited outside—that is not how we expect our teams to operate. We’ll address this with housekeeping. We take your concerns seriously and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We hope to provide a smoother stay next time.

Cleanliness

We were really disappointed in the cleanliness of this property. There were cobwebs everywhere, food on the bottom of the cabinets, a condom wrapper in the master couch upstairs, lots popcorn kernels in the pull out couch upstairs and the bathroom fans were full of dirt and dust. There are also not enough towels in the home for the people it holds. There should be additional towels for the hot tub as well.

Wonderful Beach House Family Rental!

My entire family enjoyed this house and the beautiful beach that was a short walk away. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space and the Great Room area was perfect for us to all gather together. It was clean, well maintained and the photographs represent it realistically. The Primary bedroom suite was huge and stunning. If I were forced to make suggestions for improvements I would say: 1. The step down to the beach from the path is a bit treacherous and would benefit from actually building some steps versus just having a rope to hold onto while climbing down and back up. 2. Better quality pillows on the beds (at least in the Primary bedroom which my husband and I used). Everything else was pretty great and we loved it. Everyone agreed that they would enjoy staying there again!

Wonderful getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of six people had a really great time at this house. The house had beautiful wide-open spaces, but was easy to navigate and keep warm and well-lighted. The furnishings were all lovely and very comfortable. We had plenty of room to gather and to spread out as we wished. Those who visited the beach indicated it was an easy walk. The location felt private and secluded, but was also close to plenty of services. My only small negative was that the kitchen didn't have all of the items we would have liked, most importantly a tea kettle and cutting boards. But this is a very small item, and next time we'll just remember to bring these items ourselves. I definitely recommend trying out the sauna -- easy and fast to heat up, and really lovely! One other quick note to management: we couldn't use the arcade game as the button to enable free play wasn't working. Again, a small item from an overall great weekend.

We're sorry to see this one-star review and that your stay fell short of expectations. We take these concerns seriously and acted on them right away. - Laundry: our team did notify you in advance that the dryer was currently non-operational. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused and am happy to report it has since been repaired. - Refrigerator: we did not find anything wrong with the fridge's operations when we inspected it after reading your review. We did replace a few shelves this month, but the fridge has been working as it should. - Parking/garage: we do not state on the listing or guest portal that parking is available in the garage. We do have spots for 6 cars, but not in the garage. - Cleanliness/bedding: had you notified us of this during your stay, we would have happily come out to confirm there was dirty bedding and replace it as necessary. All the same, I'm sorry this caused you concern and have spoken to the housekeeping team about your concerns. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

Excellent beach house with super amenities.Very comfortable and clean. Having perfect beach access along with the feeling of having a private beach was extraordinary. After a year of isolation and pandemic, this beach house along with my beautiful family made for remarkable memories.

Great Property

Some items were slightly worn, but overall the visit was great! Easy beach access and central to everything we wanted. Would recommend.

Good stay

Great location with an easy trail to the beach. Great space for 14 of us. Anyway, one of the beds were broken. Sofa bed in living room was dirty. No pool table as listed or as seen on house listing. Overall, this is not a bad house. just needs an extra care.
