Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS (unless pet friendly), NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.

Parking for two vehicles only. Parking area is under video surveillance. A fee of $100. per incident will be deducted from the security deposit for parking on neighboring property.
