We purchased this property as a family; two sisters, our parents and spouses. It has provided us and our guests with wonderful family memories. Our mom was a real estate lover, and we caught the bug from her. We live in Atlanta and Belleair Beach (near Tampa).

We were a family of four (two teenagers 13, 16) from Norway, looking forward to enjoy this condo for about a week. From the moment we started to communicate with the owners, we knew that they were good people and that this would be exactly what they said it would be. My son loves fishing, and it was great to fish from the dock. My husband hates to sunbathe - so he sat in the shade at the patio reading his books and having this wonderful view of the waterway. My daughter and I loved the pool which was never crowdy. In fact, we loved the fascilities so much that we first explored the beach across the street the last day. It was beautiful. The condo was clean, and everything worked just like it should. Oh - and I forgot to mention the neighbours. They were wonderful and including. One owner (from Tallahassee) even invited my son to go looking for clams (excotic for us!) The communication with owners was also great after leaving, and regarding returning of the Security deposit. I hope we get to rent this condo again sometime!
We flew into Orlando and made the short drive down to St. Augustine. Having 2 small children (7 months and 3 years), I knew we need something relaxing and in a central location. After a long day of traveling from Colorado, walking in the townhome was a fresh of breath air. The ocean was right out the back door and the pool next to it. We spent the majority of our evenings at "home" and I truly felt that it was our home. It had all the necessities we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We spent a day at Marine Land, swimming, touching & feeding the dolphins. It was a very short drive from the townhome. Then we spent several days in downtown St. Augustine. We went on the Black Raven Pirate Ship and Zip lining at the Alligator Farm.
We originally came out for a wedding and ended up making it a fun, family vacation. Every night we would see dolphins swim by and on the very last night my husband spotted a manatee!!!! He yelled out and several of the neighbors came out to see it as well. He was able to spot it from the bubbles that come up. If you look for 3 round bubbles on top of the water, the manatee is in front of them.
I HIGHLY recommend staying! Pam was always willing to answer any of my questions before the trip. During our trip the next door neighbor was always very pleasant.

We drove 1100 miles to spend a week in Florida... and the moment we walked in I knew we made the right choice to stay here! The views of the water are amazing and the pool and fishing dock are just steps away. My 11 year old son caught several fish over the week and the boats and dolphins going by were fun to watch. It was very quiet and peaceful the entire week - I think there was only once when people other than my family were in the pool. The beautiful beach was a short walk away and we spent 3 wonderful mornings there as well. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable - also convenient to everything we planned on doing. I would definitely recommend a trip to the Alligator Farm as there is so much more than alligators there. My kids loved the zip lining (first time ever) and the rookery was full of beautiful birds nesting. Marineland is 10 minutes away and my kids had the chance to swim with dolphins - an absolutely amazing experience and a lifelong memory!! There is so much history in St. Augustine and the entire vacation was wonderful - and at the end of the day coming "home" was always relaxing and comfortable. The owners were great to work with and very responsive to any emails or questions I had... we hope to return again next year! Thanks!!
When we walk through the door and look out to the intracoastal our spirits always lift. The location is great – overlooking the ever-changing intracoastal waterway and just a short walk to the wide, uncrowded beach. The home is very obviously a much-loved vacation home. The décor is charming and the owners are always doing updates. Plus it has it all - two bedrooms on a separate floor from the living space, two tv’s, two full bathrooms, linens and towels provided for your use, a fully equipped kitchen, and charcoal grill. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
We stayed at the townhouse during the week of Christmas and had a wonderful time. The townhouse is very comfortable and clean and the location is perfect...close enough to do everything we wanted to do, but far enough away from town to be relaxing and peaceful. My family swam with dolphins at Marineland; visited the Alligator Farm; visited the old jail, old schoolhouse and fort in St. Augustine; swam in the pool; fished off of the dock and went to the beach. We brought our boat down with us (freshwater), but did not end up taking it out during our vacation because we were having so much fun doing other activities. The boat parking was conveniently located near the unit. Actually, this unit is conveniently located to everything in the complex (boat parking, dock and pool). The rates were affordable and the owners were great to work with. It was a great vacation! The best part was Christmas at the beach - 80 degrees and sunshine...who needs snow?
