We’ve stayed at San Souci many times. It never disappoints. It’s convenient with easy beach access. Having Tom Thumb across the street, and the walking path across from the building are nice amenities. The beach at San Souci is never over crowded. We always visit Peg Legs across the street a couple times or more. It’s one of our favorites. This unit has a beautiful view and was comfortable. I’d recommend it.

Love the property, location and my stay. Clean condo. Will stay there again. Please change out bed pillows - extreme musty smell, even first walking in to bedroom.

The place was very nice, I loved the decor, and the location is perfect. The only thing I found odd was there were no kitchen hand towels. It would be nice to have had them. It's a small thing, but it was an issue not having them. Additional, I know this is out of the control of the condo owner, but there was a lot of smoking on the balconies, and the beach. It really did make for an unpleasant time while sitting on the balcony, and beach.

The place was very clean and had everything I needed. And the location is awesome! I enjoyed my stay. The only downside were the odors. The bedroom and bathroom smelled very musty and gave me a bit of a headache. Sitting on the balcony was about impossible due to the cigarette smoke from either the unit next door and/or the unit below (this is a non smoking building but I'm sure it's very hard to enforce). So I just rented the umbrella & chairs on the beach (very reasonably priced!) and hung out there which was wonderful!

Someone should of informed us of a Sun Pass to get across the toll Bridge when we made reservations so could of purchased it on line and had it set up. We had to find one after we git to Florida then down load the app, register our car information then put money on the card b4 we went across the toll

Perfect Location

This third floor condo is perfect. The balcony faces the gulf-side beach, which is only about a football field away. Access to beach is quite easy. The building is secure and quiet. The condo was clean. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy.

Little piece of paradise

The stay was amazing and thebview was better than that. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have beach chairs and towels in the condo. I am a Pensacola native, and an Aggie, thanknyou and tour team for a wonderful stay. Felt just like home!

Much needed get away

Beautiful views. Walked right out to paradise. The unit was nice and clean. Only issue is we got locked out of our room (our door codes weren’t working). Thank the lord I was able to call the emergency # and they helped us fix the situation. That was scarey but they fixed it. Overall very nice and clean and beautiful. Also very close to al the boardwalks and restaurants. Such a great get away!

Nice condo. We have stayed in building before.

Comfortable condo. Location was perfect. On downside, we couldn't find any additional bedding. Bedspread was pretty thin. Other than that, it was fine.

Not bad not great

We love the location of this property. It is right on the beach and easy to access. We had a small plumbing problem and the management company responded immediately and got it fixed. The unit was clean but not comfortable. It can use some updating. The bed mattress really needs an upgrade. We will seek a place with a better bed next time.

Nice condo by the beach

The condo was nice and clean. The view of the beach from the balcony was nice. Comfortable living room but bed was a little hard and I like firm mattresses. Also, the tub did not drain well at all. Across the street from PegLeg Pete's is always great.
