Nestled in the heart of the seaside village of Wooli, Sandy Feet Holiday House offers the ultimate retreat. Built in December 2014, this beautiful home is just a minute"s walk from the serene beach in one direction and the stunning Wooli River in the other. With its spacious open-plan layout, Sandy Feet comfortably accommodates two average families and is pet-friendly upon request with the front yard being fenced.

Experience the laid-back, relaxed atmosphere of Wooli from Sandy Feet, your ideal base for exploring this charming village. With the local Bowls Club and Chinese Restaurant just a three-minute walk away, and the Wooli Hotel only a two-minute drive or a short courtesy bus ride, everything you need for a perfect holiday is within reach.

* PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- Linen is NOT supplied at this property. You will need bring your own linen including towels.
- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.

Loved Sandy feet

We loved the proximity to the ocean and the lake. The bowling club was great as well. Loved the house and outdoor fire pit. Was a bit cold in main lounge could do with another heater during winter. We wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again it was beautiful.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Sandy Feet on numerous occasions as it is ideal for a family stay in an ideal location where we can take our small dog with us. We have noticed over time that general wear and tear has increased, as would be expected. There were some issues that we brought to the attention of the agency. Given past experience we are confident these will be addressed quickly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been returning to this area for nearly 40 years. Starting with camping trips with friends, then family holidays with our own children and now we can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday experience. Over this time, we have stayed at number of different holiday rentals and Sandy Feet is one of the best. The house is modern, spacious and well set-up to help you make the most of what this location has to offer. This property was very clean and some minor maintenance issues did not detract from the fact it is a very comfortable place to stay. The popularity of the region and the inflation of rental prices generally, means rents are approaching an unaffordable level and would force many to consider cheaper accommodation options. This year we noticed many vacancies and holiday parks appeared well below capacity. People who were holidaying there seemed to be staying for shorter length of time.

Sandy Feet in Wooli was a super well presented 3 bedroom cottage with a very "beachy" feel. Everything was extremely clean and tidy on our arrival and the check in process with the local real estate agent was quick and efficient. Well worth it.

Clean & open with new appliances except for the stove elements which did not work. Beds were soo comfortable would stay there again.

House is very user friendly and feels like home every year we come backOn a negative note, the bamboo is encroaching too gar into the front yard, to the point of children unable to play their games like they have in the past.Also the Bar-B-Q hadn't been cleaned and wasn't working well( not getting hot enough, as if the burners were cloged)Would we return to Sandy Feey again, YES, have already booked for 2024

Spacious amazing house

This house had it all, ample seating for a big family or group of friends, fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. Modern bathroom and roomy bedrooms. Secure fenced yard for a dog which we loved as did our pooch. Walking to everything, ample parking space. No lockable garage if you have kayaks and extra boards etc… but a very friendly and secure place.

Sandy Feet Indeed

Sandy Feet at Wooli was a great house for my husband, mother in law, 4 children & me to stay. We were so close to the beach & the property was spacious enough even for the teenagers. The back deck was great for afternoon g&t & snacks after a day in the river or ocean. Would recommend.
