Kuhio Shores 213 is a quiet, oceanfront condo with stunning views from your balcony where you can watch both sunrise and sunset. Kuhio Shores 213 is on the 2nd floor located in the exact center of the south-facing building and juts out a little further than the neighboring units providing unobstructed views of the ocean and complete privacy. From your balcony, you will see surfers, turtles, marine life and even whales between December and March. The natural sound of the ocean waves will lull you to sleep.

Kuhio Shores is also next door to one of the best snorkeling spots on the entire island and the famous Beach House Restaurant.

Kuhio Shores 213 is cleaned with pride by our on-island cleaning supervisor. It’s well maintained and comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, travertine marble spa bathroom with walk in glass shower, open living area, an inside dining area and resort furnishings on the balcony for oceanfront relaxing.

This unit is unique because it has a 4’ x 5’ opening between the bedroom and the living room so you can enjoy the view, feel the ocean breeze, and hear the surf from the comfort of your king bed.

All flooring in the 900 square foot condominium is Mexican tile or bamboo adding to the tropical ambiance.

Other extra features include: beach gear available for your use, free wireless internet service, two televisions, fully equipped kitchen and free, secure permit parking. Elevators or stairs are available to get to the second floor and a coin-operated laundry room is located adjacent to the elevators. Gas grills are located on the property for community use.

There is great snorkeling on both sides of the building with rental equipment easily available. An island style shopping center, located within a 10 minute walk, which offers more restaurants, farmers market, shops, groceries, a coffee/ice cream parlor, and more.

  • The bathroom is completely updated with travertine marble and a rainfall showerhead in the spa shower. Complimentary soap and shampoo are provided.

Fantastic stay on Kauai

my wife and I spent a week at Dayna and Layton's wonderful property in Poipu. The unit itself was just as promised, clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. We actually saw a humpback breach right in front, a few hundred meters out. The sound of the waves, very beautiful and soothing. We snorkelled most days in the bay next to the Beach House - a one-minute walk away. We saw a great variety of fish, and swam for a bit behind a turtle. We hiked Waimea Canyon twice - an easy drive from here. Our final morning, we were treated to a full rainbow in the West, as the sun rose in the East. I hope we can return one day!

Stunning view with Great Location

Loved staying here! The lanai allows for views of both the sunrise and sunset and the open view with the sound of the waves is just beautiful! The condo is literally right around the "corner" from a great snorkeling spot. Just walk out the back of the building and around the next door building and you are there. The building next door houses what we heard is a great restuarant, although, we didn't have a chance to eat there. There is no traffic sound from the main road as both the unit is set back away from the street so all you hear is the ocean! The pictures are accurate as shown. The condo is well equipped with a cooler, beach chairs, towels etc. which make a great day at the beach!

Great Location and owner

We stayed in unit 213 from Oct 25 to Nov 1st, 2017. This location is superb. It's as advertised, right on the ocean with great views. The location on the island is as good. Less traffic and everything you need within a couple of miles. Restaurants in all price ranges, shopping, great beaches, some of the best snorkeling on the island. Dayna was great to deal with. Always responded to e-mails quickly, and even granted a late checkout, as no one was checking in the next morning. The condo was clean, well kept and nicely furnished with everything we needed. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks was fantastic. We used the well maintained common area grills several evenings to cook local fish and enjoyed the view and sounds from the dining table in our unit. We would highly recommend this unit and would definitely like to return for another vacation.

We are located on the south shore of Kauai in sunny Poipu. You will always hear the sound of the waves and feel the cool ocean breezes. Our balcony is the closest to the ocean. This is the perfect location for honeymoons, anniversaries or just a relaxing get-a-way. Also conveniently located for a day trip to the north shore and/or Waimea Canyon. Next door is one of the top two snorkeling locations on the island, with rentals and the famous Beach House Restaurant.
