It’s well maintained and comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, travertine marble spa bathroom with walk in glass shower, open living area, an inside dining area and resort furnishings on the balcony for oceanfront relaxing.
This unit is unique because it has a 4’ x 5’ opening between the bedroom and the living room so you can enjoy the view, feel the ocean breeze, and hear the surf from the comfort of your king bed.
All flooring in the 900 square foot condominium is Mexican tile or bamboo adding to the tropical ambiance.
Other extra features include: beach gear available for your use, free wireless internet service, two televisions, fully equipped kitchen and free, secure permit parking. Elevators or stairs are available to get to the second floor and a coin-operated laundry room is located adjacent to the elevators. Gas grills are located on the property for community use.
There is great snorkeling on both sides of the building with rental equipment easily available. An island style shopping center, located within a 10 minute walk, which offers more restaurants, farmers market, shops, groceries, a coffee/ice cream parlor, and more.
