The house was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and we felt right at home. It was in a very convenient location, close to the beach and mini golf, as well as other amenties. Our family had a wonderful time. Check in and check out was smooth, and we had no issues at all. Management of the home had great communication with fast response times. Now that we found this house, we look forward to staying again in 2027!

This was a great location! A 5 minute walk to the beach can’t be beat. The property was perfect for us with the split in the bedrooms - 2 on one side of the house and the owners suite on the other. The patio and heated pool were nice to have when you just want to relax. And it was especially nice in the evening when it was too dark to be at the beach. The tools that were provided to manage the trip were excellent and assisted us with trip ideas and helped us with check-in and departure steps. We had a great stay!

Graduation trip

We spent a week at the property and loved that it was within walking distance to the public access beach entry. Also loved that it had a pool, which was well maintained. Good location overall with very short drive to many restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

The home was beautiful, close to beach, and had a fully stocked kitchen. Made it easy to cook at home. Grill outside and hang by the pool. We LOVED the close walk to the beach! Would definitely come back!

A week in Marco

We had a great week at Marco and really enjoyed use of the pool and being able to walk to the beach. The home was clean and neighborhood very quiet. Very much enjoyed unplugging from work with my family.

Convenient Location with Short Walk to Beach Access

Your photos of the pool area do not show the spider webs and the spiders.Your pool cleaning and infusion of chemicals should take place before guests are already in the pool.Turning your vacationing guests into your maintenance crew is a big negative in my point of view!

Thank you for your review. Regarding the pool, it is serviced every Thursday and we do not have the ability to schedule around guests being in the pool when the technician arrives. This is standard protocol and an important service because if the guest the week prior refused service, you would have shown up to a green pool and not have been happy. Given this and your other feedback during your stay, it seems clear a hotel is a better option for you. We have addressed the spider webs which get cleaned on a bimonthly basis. Unfortunately, they are quite active this time of year but at least the cobwebs are at the roofline of the lanai cage so it's an aesthetic issue not something you run into.

Wonderful Stay

People I stayed here with a friend and her daughter. It was clean and comfortable. The wagon, umbrella and beach chairs were greatly appreciated for the short walk to the beach. The covered patio was a nice way to enjoy the outside during the rain. Texan emails were answered promptly. Checking in and out was so easy. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Thanksgiving Gathering

The best part about our stay was Mark's easy-going communication and flexibility. I know he helped us out with a special request and was in contact several times during our stay. There are many property choices on Marco Island; added benefit if the rental process is pleasant and not a hassle.

Wonderful vacation home

What a wonderful vacation home! Mark and Sarah are the perfect hosts, quick to response to questions and take care of matters . The house is very comfortable, extremely well equipped and very clean. Our family greatly enjoyed the pool, the outdoor grill and the convenience of the location , so close to the beach and the main road. I definitely recommend this home and look forward to coming back some day. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful escape!

Love the location. All was as listed. All restaurants were very close. This for us was a laid back getaway and that was exactly what we needed. Beautiful pool and beautiful neighborhood. I would like to suggest that as seniors that you provide safety handles in the showers. Otherwise , we loved the house.

Great place to stay!

The house is the cleanest one I've ever booked, it is well-furnished and comfortable. the location was great for us, within walking distance of the public beach and reasonably close to restaurants and grocery stores. The pool and backyard are great for small activities and family time. The one complaint I have is that the AC doesn't really cool during the day, I could feel it working but the temperature kept rising regardless of what you set the thermostat to, luckily the ceiling fans helped keep it cool. Overall a great stay, and we're thinking of repeating it. Most definitely recommend

Thank you for the wonderful review! Our cleaners and inspectors take great pride in making sure our properties are cleaned to the highest standardsso your complement is greatly appreciated. Regarding your comment about the AC, SWFL is experiencing record setting heat during the summer of 2023, as is the rest of the country (and the world for that matter). Add to that people going in and out of the house to enjoy the pool/outdoors which let's cold air out hot, humid air in. The AC system in this house is less than three years old and systems in Florida are designed to maintain a 16-19 degree split meaning if it's 100 degrees out and it's 81-84 degrees inside, the unit is operating properly. Guests are reminded not to set the AC unit below 72 degrees at anytime and to make sure all windows and doors are closed while the unit is running. Keeping blinds and curtains closed is also a great idea. While I hope this weather is not the new normal, I fear it may be so we must all do our part to conserve energy and adapt to this new reality. Glad you are thinking about coming back and we look forward to hosting you again!

Great times on Loyalty Ave

We stayed at 916 Loyalty this year after missing last year due to Covid. What a great return. The location is perfect for us. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, farmers market and shopping. Great pool that is nice and warm on the few cold days. A Weber grill that works to perfection. And Mark, Sara and ITrip made all the logistics very easy. The fact that the property is also pet friendly was a big plus for us too.

This was a perfect vacation home for our family of 5, including three teenagers. The house was exactly as described on the VRBO listing. The pool area was very nice. All of the beach/pool gear and coolers, including the wagon to haul it all was a very nice touch. We only had a 5 minute walk to the beach. Cooking was a breeze with all the appliances and cookware. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We hope to be back!

Best VRBO rented

Booked this place for a stay in Florida with our moms and our Chihuahua. Location was great. Pool was amazing. We were there during a full moon and it totally lit up the pool area. Let just say I was in my happy place. Nice they recycle and they collect garbage 2x week. We walked to a couple of nice restaurants. Living room was comfortable. Had a nice kitchen with all the amenities and dining table outside. Looked like a nice grill, we just didn't use it. Would definitely love to be able to go back.

Perfect place to explore Marco Island and the surrounding area

We stayed in this house with my two children (aged 2 and 5), my wife and my parents. The house is very nice and clean. It has a good layout of rooms for 6 people including children. In some places you can tell it's a bit old, but that had no effect on our stay. The private pool, the proximity to the beach and the barbecue made our stay perfect. The property manager responded immediately to a problem with the air conditioning and help was there in less than 30 minutes. The garage has lots of pool and beach equipment for general use. We can only recommend this house.
