Casa histórica recientemente renovada a una cuadra de Broadway en el centro de la ciudad. Camine hasta todos los restaurantes y el paseo del río, ¡llegue a Fort Benning en 15 minutos! La sala de estar de concepto abierto, la sala de dormir para 8 personas y el enorme área de entretenimiento al aire libre lo convierten en un lugar de reunión perfecto para familias o amigos. We booked this property to come see my son’s graduation from boot camp. The host was very nice and responsive. The property was advertised as expected. I would recommend them to anyone.

We ended up leaving early we were not comfortable in the area. It’s a short walk to the river walk but far too far to walk to the restaurants and shopping. The inside of the house was clean and check in was easy. I should’ve asked or researched the area to see what was around the house.

The home is in great shape and well maintained for what I would guess was originally constructed in the 70's. The important features have been updated, but theres still plenty of original character. I imagine that kids would have a blast sleeping in the loft above the spiral staircase. We were in town for an event at the conference center; I'd probably recommend driving the short distance if you're dressed up but it is walkable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We are a military family and we booked this stay while we waited for housing on base. The place was super clean when we arrived, and our dog and kids loved the backyard. It was everything we needed in our situation. We would definitely stay again, and recommend this place to others!

The property overall is nice and clean. The dining area, kitchen, and living room were spacious enough. However, can't say it was comfortable. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, one of the bathrooms needs un update, the bathtub is not comfortable to take a shower in. There was a strange bedroom upstairs. The only way to get there is to climb snail stairs. They are so narrow that not many people will be able to fit there.

Just ok

The house is cute and located on a great spot. However it was dirty, flies everywhere the blinds are broken the bathroom sink runs constantly multiple cabinets don’t stay closed and there is tape or electrical outlets that are broken

Pleasant Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the rental. Overall the place was clean. The walkway and the porch needed to be swept and a couple of more tv's would have been nice. Also, the blinds in the living room should to be replaced. We had to prop a pillow against the window to keep anyone from looking inside. Thank you for being there for our family when we needed it most. Escaping a hurricane was very stressful but our stay at uour rental gave us peace of mind.

Nice but needs TLC

First I want to say I would rent this property again. I sent an email with suggestions in hopes that it continues to help with improvements! Disappointed in the backyard! It was not inviting at all and really needs some TLC. Also no outdoor chairs for us to enjoy the front porch. It took a bit to figure out the many many light switches---someone should really fix that--can't turn off overhead living room light because it is connected to the dining area light--even I know that is not the way it should be. There is no shelves in the shower so you must bend down to pick up anything and no holder for soap. I would rent again however I hope you continue to improve this property. It is a nice home, great location close to everything with lots to do.

River weekend.

We had a great stay and the home and setting was perfect. Gorgeous wide plank flooring. House was in historical district area. Walk or bike ride to River Walk area. Easy check in and out and very accommodating.

Nice place .. the outside area could use tending to . We had issues with ants upstairs not ah big deal but they were there . I would definitely go back to this home .

House was immaculate

This was the perfect place for our visit. Close to everything in town and within walking distance. Very Clean and host was very prompt, helpful and communicative with any and all requests or questions. Definitely would recommend and will book again when I come back.

Host, home & customer service NOT as expected

The listing details on this home are not accurate. This is a two bedroom with loft (the twin beds are in a loft above the living/dinning room with very shaky stairs leading to the loft). The home was dirty and smelled highly of moth balls/chemicals upon arrival - making my family feel sick. There was also issues with the master bed and the freezer was unusable. After sharing these issues with the host the bed was fixed and we were told we would be moved to another property they owned in the area, that they would be in touch. Hours went by and when I followed up the response was that we were not to be moved. After having VRBO help, we were moved to another property owned by the host. That property also had issues, and rents at a lower price. The host will not acknowledge the change in price/refund the difference on the nightly charge.

Columbus Craftsman

First impression was: "have we made a mistake?" Neighboring houses have manicured lawns with obvious upgrades to homes so the Craftsman's ankle high grass with a boarded house next door definitely stood out as a rental property. The cigarette butts on the steps& porch and the overflowing garbage cans at the curb definitely didn't make a good first impression. But, the interior was clean with fresh linens& towels in the bedrooms. The house is spacious but minimally furnished. The kitchen has little counter space and cooking utensils need some additions. The back door is a security risk with the glass adjacent to the dead bolt. But the neighborhood is quiet and we had no disturbances. We had a minor issue with the tv but called the contact & promptly received assistance. Instructions for router location and for ingress/egress with the keyless locking system would be helpful. Having abundant hot water is a big plus so overall, our stay was a good one. Thank you.

Everything you need and quiet

Owners are easy to work with they responded to all our inquires in a timely manner. Beds were super comfy and clean. Home is much larger than anticipated. Great laundry area. We were truly happy to have our dogs with us. We were able to walk them safely through the downtown area. The fenced in backyard was great for a quick doggy pee-pee. The location is an easy commute to Fort Benning, just off of Veteran's parkway. The only CON we have was the Television had pink marks on the screen and children's hand print smeared all over it, still watchable but distracting. I'm not even sure the owners are aware of it. Check-in and out made easy. Overall a good stay, Thank you for opening your home to us.

As you enter our home you will be greeted by a cozy living room complete with large flat screen TV with Roku. Our fully stocked kitchen will provide you with everything you need to help you feel at home! The eat in kitchen also provides plenty of space for family and friends to gather. Take your choice of two bedrooms located on the lower floor. One with a king size bed and the other with a queen. Both bathrooms are also located on the main level. In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a full size bed for additional sleeping arrangements if needed. The two twin beds are up a spiral staircase - perfect for kids and friends, but please be careful with older folks. We look forward to hosting you in our home!
