A luxurious newly-built semi-basement residence, part of a privately owned detached house, at Nea Makri, in a quiet, friendly and secure neighborhood. It has a private courtyard with its own independent entrance. All amenities are offered to make your staying pleasant, relaxing and unforgettable. It is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and 10-minute walk from the central square. The residence can accommodate people of all ages. Relax and enjoy the space as if it were yours!
