Your apartment is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $55.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Stayed at the apartment for 5 weeks. Perfect location. Great space. Nice kitchen. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Washer/dryer so nice to have. Apt overlooks the pool. Walk to Whole Foods, Starbucks, Piedmont Park, restaurants. Underground parking. Totally safe and secure. Would definitely stay again.

I think the apartment looks good and is well mantained. I would add a sign for the sensor that opens the elevator door. And for the elevator door. Nice once inside

Better instructions are needed ( video would be nice ) for arrival . The lockbox location was difficult to find , entry in the building hallway are not very attractive ,the space size and floor plan is really good but the double size bed is way small for two people and VERY uncomfortable mattress . The interior is very clean ( just need more comfortable and home feeling furniture instead of the stiff feel ) . love having the washer and dryer inside the unit and the appliances are very clean and nice . Nice concept as alternative to hotels just need a little more comfy furniture

I love the BCA-furnished-apartments, very cozy, everything you would need to cook with. Washer and dryer and they also gives you a bottle of wine, can't ask for anything better. I LOVE the furnished apartment, and the freedoms of having a home away from home at BCA. The pool was sparkling and the people were super friendly. Jaime and the staff were super flexible when my plans changed last minute, and I am SO appreciative of the flexibility they showed. I was also upgraded into a midtown apartment, and the location was amazing. I will 100% book again when I'm back in town! This is better than staying at a hotel! Not only from a comfort perspective, but also from a financial perspective. It is more affordable than staying at hotel! Exceptional stay. Would definitely stay again. Convenient location to Whole Foods, Publix Foods, entertainment and restaurants. Safe location, secure parking, easy self check in and check out. Wonderful staff to answer any questions via text or email. No issues on our stay. Clean large apartments. Love the washer, dryer, dishwasher and ice maker in apartment. Nice stay

The place was well appointed and a great location as I did not have a car. The maid did not show on Friday, but did come the following Monday. My suggestion is to have coffee for your guests and laundry detergent-I left a lot there that should cover the next 20 guests and I feel this is something people expect in a VRBO rental. Team BCA Response: It sounds like you enjoyed your time in Atlanta visiting family and friends. We provide the essential items for our guests to get their stays started. Over the years of servicing guests in Atlanta, we have found that most of our guest prefer to get their own items for their extended stays. However, in our starter pack coffee should be included. We apologize if the coffee was not there when you arrive. It is usually in the cabinet next to the refrigerator or near the coffee maker. I am also sorry about the miscommunication around the cleaning you requested. I hope that you enjoyed the blender that we special delivered for you. Thank you for all your feedback and for staying with us.
