Location
This is one of the most convenient central London locations you can imagine, set in the fashionable district of Fitzrovia, where you can dine at some of the finest restaurants in Central London or sip cocktails in some of the quirkiest cocktail bars.
Fitzrovia was a notable artistic and bohemian centre from a period dating roughly from the mid-1920s until the present day. We have over 40 independent galleries within the area. This historical area was once the home to such writers as Charles Dickens, George Bernard Shaw and Virginia Woolf.
The Sunday Times named the district as the best place to live in London.
Transport
Fitzrovia is a great Central London location and as easy transport access is important to us all, we are extremely conveniently located:
► Tube
Goodge Street, Tottenham Court Road, Oxford Street and Warren Street

Food and Drink
As Virginia Woolf once said: “One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well”, once you step out of the door of the apartment - food is not issue, as there are some of the best restaurants in London on Charlotte Street, but we also have the usual pizza, street food and artisan sandwich/coffee bars.
Shopping
Oh my you can really get lost in clothes shopping in my area. A few minutes away, you can be in Oxford Street – a mile long street full of fashion shops, housing the likes of Selfridges and John Lewis. Leading of Oxford Street you have Bond Street, Regents Street and Carnaby Street; you can truly indulge in full on shopping experience.

We're a family of four, who like to travel and make the most of the day. Our property is in the heart of the West End and the area Fitzrovia is pretty much where I grew up. I simply love this area and hope you will too.
I work as a freelance Marketing Director and have worked for some of the largest financial institutions. Time permitting I love to paint or write.

Why they chose this property
Fitzrovia is an amazing area within walking distance to everything West End, you have easy access to the theatres, museums, restaurants of all styles. The great thing about Fitzrovia is that even though it is Central London it's quite quiet - especially during the night. The Sunday Times named the district as the best place to live in London, which is some accolade.
What makes this property unique
This property was built in 1730 and was one of the first townhouses of this style in Central London. The property is quirky but very comfortable as a family home. Would I move from there? No!
