Built in 2008, this modern Four bedroom classically styled, architecturally designed Beachhouse has natural timber floors, high ceilings, quality Appliances ,soft leather couches and large windows allowing natural inside light. The lounge room is ‘huge’ offering a magnificent view of the Bay and room to relax.

The Property is just two minutes drive from the Ferry, Penneshaw Township, Supermarket, Fuel, amazing Cafe’s, Pub and a quick walk to the Beach. Enjoy the abundant local wildlife, eg Roos, Wallabies and bird life in the garden, local attractions or travel further afield to discover what this amazing Island has to offer. (KI is amazing in the off peak seasons too)

The home is eco friendly with 100% Solar electricity and is (normally) on Rainwater for that perfect Shower!

Charges:
Base rate is for two guests in a single Queen size bed. If an alternative arrangement is required please state this before your stay so that you can be well accommodated.
Additional towels (including beach towels) and linen can be booked ahead also.
