This condo can comfortable sleep 4 in the two bedrooms and up to 6 using an inflatable air mattress in the living area.

The recreation deck includes heated swimming pool, jet spa, and sauna.

You will find the unit in perfect condition and clean as can be when you arrive. You will also enjoy the great savings provided by eliminating daily maid service.

What makes this condo unique

In an effort to continue to provide an exceptional product and vacation experience for our guests, the Aston Waikiki Beach Tower will undergo a renovation project of the entire 4th floor recreation deck, locker rooms, sauna’s, bathrooms, pool deck and the surrounding area. The project will begin on August 29, 2016 with an anticipated completion date of November 30, 2016 (subject to weather and unforeseen circumstances).

Scope of work will include:

 Installation of new flooring, creation of a fitness center and yoga workout room, new locker rooms, showers and restrooms, new pool deck, BBQ area with a secondary wading pool and cabanas as well as creation of new sitting and lounging areas.

 Work will take place Sunday - Saturday. Heavy work will be done Mondays through Fridays, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Slight noise will take place during the daylight periods.

 There will be no pool usage from 09/26/16 – 11/21/16.

 Notices and construction schedules will be posted throughout the property.

Great Location and View

This condo was perfect for our family stay in Hawaii. The location and view was perfect. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking at the view of Waikiki beach any time of the day. Having the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great to have with our family of 5. Also having washing machine and dryer was an added bonus. We will definitely be recommending this condo to family and friends that maybe heading to Waikiki.

This condo was everything I expected and more. It is beautiful! And in a perfect location. You really couldn't ask for more. The beds are comfortable, air conditioning is quiet, view is unreal! You're just steps from the beach and all the shopping Waikiki has to offer.

Joaquin was fantastic to deal with. He ensured everything was ready for us and contacted me to advise me how to get to the building. We needed an extra key and he was able to get us one very quickly. Is you're looking for a great place to stay this checks all the boxes. Beautiful and the owners make sure that you have everything you need and are available if you need anything else while you're there. The one thing I did read prior to staying was that it does take some time to get your security deposit back. Joaquin tried to refund via the credit card we used to book with however he was not able to do so. He promptly put a cheque in the mail however Hawaii is a bit far so it did take about 3 weeks to arrive. Aside from that it was perfect and I wile 100% stay there again the next time we come back!

The property was wonderful--clean, quiet, air conditioned and had free parking! The location was quiet and well situated close to Diamond Head, Kapiolani Park and the beach if you enjoy early morning runs or walks like we do. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Thank you!

Perfect place for our family stay

For context, we have been to Waikiki between 10 & 15 times over the past 20 years & have stayed in a variety of hotel rooms & the occasional VRBO. We prefer full kitchens to help keep food costs down, which can be a challenge in Waikiki. We always rent a car, and 1 of our first stops is always Costco.

We rented with another couple so there were 4 adults & two 15 year olds. We rented a 6-person van which we had no problem parking. On other visits we’ve struggle to find a spot if home too late.

The building is nicely maintained overall & quiet. The proximity to the beach & Kalakaua is great – you can see what’s going on the street, at the beach & at the pool below from the lanai.

The suite itself is clean & updated. We loved the features like good wifi (we connected 8 devices), lots of TV channels, ice-maker in the big fridge, good sound system.

The décor is modern & uncluttered – which is good because we had plenty of stuff of our own (boogie boards, beach chairs, & so on). The furnishings were very nice & we were happy to spend many meals just relaxing there.

The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking & tableware of good quality. We ran the dishwasher daily & took advantage of the in-suite laundry. Should have packed fewer clothes & just washed more things part way thru the trip. The kitchen had basic supplies of dry foods (spices, starter coffee, etc) – we try to leave some non-perishables behind for the next people.

The 2 girls shared the good quality air mattress in the living room. Each family took over one of the two bathrooms so there was never an issue w/ privacy. I can only speak for the master bedroom, but the bed was comfortable & the room was quiet. We slept with the A/C on most nights, but probably could have gotten away with just cracking open 2 windows.

Street noise was not an issue – there’s always going to be a bit when you’re overlooking Kalakaua, but it wasn’t excessive. The location is not right in the hustle & bustle but close enough to be there in minutes.

Joaquin was very attentive when called upon & responded promptly to questions & requests. He was there to greet us on our (late evening) arrival & came back to the property when necessary. Super friendly!

When we returned home we were happy to see our full damage deposit amount in the mail within a couple weeks.

Overall we were very happy with the unit, the building, the location, & Joaquin. In this price-range, I would definitely recommend it to friends & family!

Perfect Location and Family Friendly

This place was great! We had 2 families staying here: our family had 2 young kids (2 and 5 yrs old) and the other was a single mom and her son. We slept in the king bed with our 5 year old daughter and our baby slept in a travel crib. The mother and son slept in the second bedroom. The place was nice, clean, and comfortable with AC if needed. Pool was nice and then walking directly across the street was a very kid friendly, sandy, beach with a walled-in section to protect from waves. The condo was stalked with plenty of towels and beach toys, boogie boards, rafts. The bedrooms were to the back of the condo so our kids could sleep while we stayed up later watching TV or having drinks on the lanai at the front of condo. You can walk everywhere in Waikiki from here or buy trolley passes, but we rented a car to go around the island and visit some other sites, so it was nice we had free parking for our rental minivan. Note that there is only 1 free spot, although I think you can pay for a second. We walked to the free hula show across the street near the Duke statue and the kids enjoyed that. And also walked to the Waikiki Aquarium. We also could have walked to the zoo, but ran out of time! Overall, we have stayed here and on the other end of Waikiki, but prefer this end for better location. Would definitely suggest staying here and hope to return again next year!
