What makes this condo unique

In an effort to continue to provide an exceptional product and vacation experience for our guests, the Aston Waikiki Beach Tower will undergo a renovation project of the entire 4th floor recreation deck, locker rooms, sauna’s, bathrooms, pool deck and the surrounding area. The project will begin on August 29, 2016 with an anticipated completion date of November 30, 2016 (subject to weather and unforeseen circumstances).

Scope of work will include:

 Installation of new flooring, creation of a fitness center and yoga workout room, new locker rooms, showers and restrooms, new pool deck, BBQ area with a secondary wading pool and cabanas as well as creation of new sitting and lounging areas.

 Work will take place Sunday - Saturday. Heavy work will be done Mondays through Fridays, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Slight noise will take place during the daylight periods.

 There will be no pool usage from 09/26/16 – 11/21/16.

 Notices and construction schedules will be posted throughout the property.

Needs Attention

Great location. Great view. When we arrived we had not received the access code. Cleaning people let us in. No wine glasses and very few hangers. Property management got some of both to us by midweek. The building staff was excellent and very responsive to our needs. Fan in the hall bath along with the bedroom a/c was very noisy. If you are a light sleeper take ear plugs . Sliding door in the master bathroom was off its track and while they tried to fix it they couldn’t while we there. The TV reception was very poor. No instructions as to how to use the remotes and when we did figure it out we encountered a lot of poor picture quality. Picture would freeze and then a lot of pixalization. A lot of small things that could be improved to make the property more enjoyable.

Fabulous location

Great location & accommodated 4 adults very nicely. There were just two minor things, one bathroom fan sounded like a freight train & the other bathroom pocket door was off its track & we couldn’t get it to work. A few more chairs for the balcony would have been great but we would absolutely recommend this place & stay there again.

Decent Accommodations at an Incredible Location

The condition of this condo was ok. Multiple light sockets were missing bulbs. The stove top was dirty along with several dirty dishes, pots, and pans. There was a very limited number of glassware. The seating area within the condo was spacious. However, there was very limited seating on the spacious balcony.

The location was absolutely wonderful. Waikiki Beach was only a couple yards away in addition to the ocean view from the balcony. The property manager, Johnny White, provided outstanding customer service.

Great Location and View

This condo was perfect for our family stay in Hawaii. The location and view was perfect. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking at the view of Waikiki beach any time of the day. Having the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great to have with our family of 5. Also having washing machine and dryer was an added bonus. We will definitely be recommending this condo to family and friends that maybe heading to Waikiki.
