Perfect ski-in/out resort. Historic Main St. is just a mile away. Free shuttles to town, Deer Valley, The Canyons and many shopping areas. Live theater in Main Street, always a new play. The Villa offers a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and large living room with fireplace. Washer and dryer are in the villa, very convenient if having children,
You are just on the base with multiple shops , restaurants and ski lift tickets for purchasing . Guests will enjoy residence-style living with separated living and dining area, fully equipped kitchens, TVs with DVD players and high speed internet.
The Villa will accommodate up to 8 guests.
The whirlpool spa, sauna, hot tubs with falls and heated swimming pool are a must after a skiing day and before going into town.
At the base there is a large ice-skating rink.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perfect in Every Way

You simply cannot beat this Condo. Clean, nice, perfect split floor plan. Absolutely the most convenient location I've ever stayed. Right next to the PayDay lift. Lobby with activities right outside your door. Right in the middle of the town square. This place was perfect. The unit owner was super responsive and friendly. We would come back here for sure and would not think twice about it.

Perfect Park City ski vacation!

The Marriott Mountanside is the perfect location for skiing at Park City. Ski valet is super convenient. Lots of activities onsite including s’mores and movies. The owners were fantastic to work with, too.

Christina and Oswald are retired physicians, used to go every year to ski during spring break. Now my kids are gone and we do not go every year. So we rent it at a very reasonable price.

Great ski in/out, heated pool and cascade of hot whirlpools, few yards from the gate to get out to ski.
Wonderful place for a family during spring break.
Marriott keeps the property in great shape with Marriott luxury standards.
Don't have to drive your car for they have trams.
