Right on the cliff: wonderfully quiet, luxuriously private stone house

To listen to the sound of the waves – day and night.

To be on the seaside – alone. On your own terrace.

A house – directly on the seafront. No tourist invasions and luxuriously private. Perfect for love birds, hopeless romantics, ambitious poets and future yoga masters.

Modern, fresh, still romantic interiors. Inviting design from glass and steel mixed with delicate antiquities …

Private garden by the sea. Two bedrooms with sea views, each with a double bed (1.40 m). A bathroom, 2 toilets, additional outdoor shower. From the bedrooms you will have a fantastic view of the sea - day and night you will hear sounds of the sea.

Modern kitchen with all the comforts (washing machine, dishwasher, A/C, Wi-Fi, stereo and fireplace).

The house is protected on a 12 m high cliff.

The beach village of Achlia is within walking distance (300m). Please note that the house is not equipped for babies or infants.

We are happy to organize a butler service for you to take over your shopping, cooking and cleaning.

The climate is a blessing … Ierapetra has rd. 3.100 hours of sunshine per year. It is the sunniest city in Europe. The annual average temperature is 20.1 degrees! The area is warmer in December/ January/ February than Munich in May ...

Wonderful stay by the sea

We enjoyed our stay very much at this lovely villa. Especially the practical grill was much used! The wonderful beach is only a short walk away.

A perfect place to relax and forget

We really enjoyed our stay at Achlia beach. The house if very comfortable, has everything you need and is super clean. The location sooo idyllic, you literally sleep with the wave sound. We loved eating breakfast by the sea and winding down at night with a glass of wine by the sea. We are definitely coming back. You suggestion for places to stay and beach outings were spot on. Maria the housekeeper is a true gem.

Wonderful stay!!House was exactly as shown on listing. Very well equipped on all aspects, kitchen, outdoor, appliances. Check in was very convenient as we arrived by ourselves and doors were already open for our arrival. Beach, restaurants information was very helpful and all good! Arrival instructions could have been clearer, the two mailboxes identified in the Directions are now occulted by a concrete bus stop. Need to be updated. Sea house cottage sign very small. Could not find instructions for the washing machine in englosh or french but we managed. Overall, great experience that we would recommend. Would have been nice to have a swimming pool to refresh as nights were still very warm.

War wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Waren noch nie in einer so gut ausgestatteten, gut funktionierenden und reizvollen Ferienwohnung. Für einmal ist das Inserat im Internet bescheiden im Vergleich zur Realität. Auch die Lage prima, der Strand von Achlia schön, völlig genügend, auch zum Schnorcheln. Die Strasse hört man nur im Hintergrund, dafür die Grillen, das Meer. Die AC ist tatsächlich ein bisschen laut, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Insgesamt sehr sehr schön, kommen gerne wieder!

The house is like the dicribtion. A wonderfull place silent and romantic. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Das Haus war genau wie es beschrieben wurde. Ein wundervoller ruhiger Erdender Platz. Wir haben uns als Familie vom ersten Tag zu Hause gefühlt. Sehr gute Ausstattung vom Besteck bis zum Teller und Gewürze. Nett abseits des Rummels, ruhig, viel Platz an schönen Stränden auch Mitte Juli

Ruhiger kleiner Ort im Südwesten Kretas abseits des Rummels- auch Mitte Juli viel Platz. Hausstrand Achlia fussläufig, andere Topstrände wie Xerokambos mit Auto gut erreichbar, Infrastruktur in Koutsouras und in Makrigialos völlig ausreichend. Haus wirklich top eingerichtet, fehlte an nichts. Sehr schön gepflegt. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Laute aircondition in den Schlafzimmern mit viel Wind trotz Vorhängen auch auf kleinster Stufe, gibt deutlich bessere und leisere.... Wir haben unsere Woche dort sehr genossen und und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gern wieder!

Traumhaft

Super eingerichtetes Ferienhaus an einer wunderschönen Lage. Die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel! Das Haus ist innen und aussen sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer auf das Meer ist einmalig. Unser Urlaub war äusserst erholsam. Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert. Gibt es doch sehr viele schöne Strände an der Südostküste und auch die Fahrt über die Berge ist eindrücklich. Kurz, ein Urlaub im Seaside Home Crete ist nur zu empfehlen.

Tolles Haus

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einer sehr schönen Terasse. Es gibt eine moderne Küche mit allen Geräten inkl. Toaster und darüberhinaus kann man auch eine Waschmaschine nutzen. Es gibt W-Lan, aber keinen TV -diesen braucht man nicht gibt es jeden Abend einen sehr schönen Sternenhimmel zu bewundern.Der Strand ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt und in der nahen Umgebung sind viele nette Tavernen.

We really enjoyed our stay, this was everything we expected and more. The place is for people, who enjoy peace, we spent time on empty beaches and had a great trip with Michalis to chrissi island. Mit Liebe eingerichtete Unterkunft. Strand zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wasser nahe 30 Grad. Sternenhimmel beeindruckend. Ruhe.
