Cozy, Clean And Modern Year Round Home On The Shore Of Lake Erie.
About Melissa Lyons
My husband Terry and I are excited to be part of the VRBO community. We love to travel and meet new people. Our waterfront home is a great place to relax, to entertain, to enjoy a variety activities and most of all to use as a base when visiting the Windsor-Essex area. We look forward to the possibility of welcoming you to our home.

Why Melissa Lyons chose Leamington
We love this location on Point Pelee Drive. We are proud of our National Park and love visiting Canada's most southern mainland destination. We also have 2 more properties which will become available very soon. They are currently under renovations. One is just outside of Oxley and is situated on a bluff on the lake. The other is near Holiday Beach and has a beach in front. Stay tuned :)

Autumn cottage visit
We had a wonderful vacation at the home. The cool windy weather brought waves crashing onto the deck. Quite enjoyable from the warm view by the fireplace. The cottage was comfortable and was well enjoyed by family who stayed for the week. I would recommend this property for future stays.
Thank you for being exceptional guests! We are grateful that you chose to stay with us.
Perfect for our quick escape!
We loved our stay! Location is super - you're on the relaxing lake yet minutes away from a lovely national park and any services you could possible imagine (restaurants, wine, fuel, etc.). House itself is better than described in listing! Modern, fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous views, quiet, and we loved each having our own bathroom! Thanks Melissa for a great stay!
Wild windy weather, common to the area apparently, caused huge flooding of the back and front yards... could not use any of the outdoor amenities.
Also on a very very busy road, not really family friendly .
Close to the park fortunately and pass was provided which was great.
We love weather and would have appreciated a much clearer indication of potential related difficulties, in order to come more prepared.
We are happy to know that you enjoyed the park pass that we leave for our guests. It is always a highlight. It's unfortunate that you arrived during inclement weather. Typically, this is not the case, and it's not something that we can predict or control.
Had a wonderful weekend at Pelee Drive. Very cozy. Loved the outdoor or fires & sunsets.
Convenient to Point Pelee Park
Stayed 3 weeks at property and appreciated convenience to Point Pelee Park and Leamington shops. Wind and waves limited use of deck. Generally well-appointed, but could use some thorough cleaning (shower grout, refrigerator, mirrors/glass doors) and maintenance (burned out light bulbs throughout). Appears property is now for sale since a realtor placed for sale sign on it during our stay.
Thank you for staying with us for 3 weeks and for being conscientious guests. I am grateful to receive your feedback so that I am able to take immediate action to ensure that all our home offers a 5 star stay for all future guests.
We didn’t want for anything. And the location of the park was ideal. I hope to book again:)

Point Pelee National Park
"A lush Carolinian forest oasis at the southern tip of Canada, Point Pelee National Park resounds with migrating song birds in the spring, hums with cicadas in the summer, flutters with Monarch butterflies in the fall and is a peaceful place of reflection in the winter."
