About this property

Carriage House in the heart of Downtown

We have a 750sq foot Carriage House that is cute as can be! It has one bedroom with a queen bed, big full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, an up very narrow stairs a tv/sitting room with a couch that can be made into a bed. Cable, WiFi, use of the hot tub on the propert, and a private parking space. We are in the heart of Downtown Montrose just across the street from our local coffee Shop and just a few doors down from the local home/Brew Pub.

Lovely cottage with available hot tub. Walkable to restaurants and Main street shops. Convenient. Quiet. Hosts friendly and responsive to questions and needs. I will definitely book this property again if we return to Montrose.

Sweet little carriage house

We were in town for a concert at a local gallery and this place was perfect! The only thing better than soaking in the hot tub was Kendra’s amazing breakfast. We hiked in the Black Canyon, walked downtown, and sat on the deck gazing at the stars. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable & Easy

It's a bit smaller inside than we thought but was fine for our needs. Main floor is bedroom, kitchen, & bath. Living room is a loft/attic upstairs. Very steep stairs and very low ceiling. Good for kids. Was summer so enjoyed our breakfasts on the porch with a view of interior yard between main house and carriage house which was quite pleasant. Hot tub was a bit hidden in the grape arbor but was a lovely early morning respite. Brewpub 2 doors down and coffee across the street were both good choices. Kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher which is always nice. Bed is comfortable and shower pressure is good & big towels always seem to make things pleasant.

Just wonderful

This was an anniversary trip, but I also had to work (wifi was great). It was quite when I worked, and just beautiful inside and out. Communication was fast and easy, and everything was just overwhelming wonderful and thought out. It felt very private and safe. I hope to make a tip back.

Absolutely perfect property and location for me. I had the best time staying in the Carriage House, it is fully equipped for a long stay and is very conveniently located. It is very private and I felt very safe during my stay.

The Carriage House is located right behind the Bed & Breakfast on Main Street in downtown Montrose. It has its own parking space and a shared garden with the B&B.

What makes this property unique

It is so nice to be able to walk to shops, restaurants, the cinema and even the hospital. Being downtown in Montrose is ideal!
