Nice studio

Nice little studio set up w/washer & dryer. Not the most convenient that you have to check in at another Wyndam location a few miles away, but all in all nice place for the price.

Just what we needed

We enjoyed our room at the resort. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was just big enough for me and my son. Bed wasn’t the most comfy but was fine. The connecting door seemed to be made if paper because we could hear our neighbors any time they talked or had the tv on (and probably vice versa). Good location to the strip, not too far away. My biggest con is that after you check in at their main office, they direct you to their sales people that are trying to get you to do the 90 minute “tour”, and they won’t let you say “no”. I just wanted to check in and go to my room to relax after a long day of travel, and it kind of put a damper on our stay. The entire weekend I was reached out to multiple times by them again asking if I was interested. This was VERY annoying. I am STILL receiving mailing and emails from them. Other than that I did like the resort and WOULD like to stay here again, but the fact that these people are unavoidable at check in, makes me almost NOT want to stay again.

Thin walls

Our stay was nice and clean. The door between rooms was maybe made of rice paper. Our neighbor was just an ordinary boomer talking to his wife about avocados at 5:30 am and we could hear every word easily. Once we got ear plugs our next night was much more pleasant. The checkin lady said after my card was in the machine they were taking a 250 dollar incidentals not refundable until after checkout. That is a HUGE amount, she waited until after she said we need a card on file just in case and then bam. That was a large chunk of our anniversary money to not have available for our trip. We would have used a credit card if we had known.

So much better than the description!

It had everything we could possibly want in a VRBO. It is actually at the Club Wyndham Branson at The Falls but you check in at the location they give you. You check in in person. They try to get you to listen to a 90 minute presentation to get a time-share. My son and I did not do this but drove to the location. We were on the third floor. (You should be able to climb stairs. Maybe they would have had another room if we did not.) It had a balcony that overlooked the beautiful valley. Great large pool. Fun shuffleboard. Very clean.

The adjoining room had LOUD people in it. We had to call thefront desk for security because we thought a domestic fight was going to take place. Security went to the door, said 'everything ok' and that was it.

Branson vacay

The resort had everything in our rooms, full size kitchen, washer and dryer, a patio, comfort and privacy. The only downside was noise. The guest above us sounded like a herd of elephants, which interrupted our sleep just about every night.

Great Condo/Not a Fan of Check In

The pictures of condo I rented online (350 sq ft studio) were nothing like the actual place. We were pleasantly surprised to have a one bedroom w/ living room, kitchen and balcony. The condo was clean and comfortable and an end unit so noise level was minimal. The only negative was being approached at check in for a free stay in the future if we toured the property. We are not interested in timeshare ownership. We were there to celebrate our anniversary over a long weekend.

Great resort!

It was a nice resort to stay at. Very clean, and we received immediate service when the toilet wasn't working when we first got into the room and they got it to working. The only thing I didn't know was that our room was on the 3rd floor, and they don't have elevators to this building. Other than that, we will be coming back next year! My grandson and I had a great time. The pool was very clean, and the maintenance people that we had come into contact with through our stay, were very friendly and professional. There had also been a really bad storm that had went through Friday night, and they were on top of things the next morning, by removing broken tree branches, cleaning out the pool and the grounds.

Perfect for our staty

Love the location. Just far enough away to avoid traffic but close enough to everything to get where you want in minutes. Clean, updated, close to a pool. The resort offers a lot we didn't get utitlize. Hope to come back.

Nice little condo.

This was a very clean, small condo in a secluded complex. The building I was in only had 3 or four units occupied, so it was very quiet. The Murphy bed was a little squeaky, but not annoyingly so. The only thing that I didn't like is that the check in is located at the main resort, and I was forced to speak to a resort sales person before receiving my wrist band.

Nice clean place to stay for couples

This condo was a fantastic value! We loved the convenience of it and the washer/dryer. However, please note: YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE SISTER RESORT (THE MEADOWS) to check in. The Falls sign is also very obscure at the entry point, but once you get used to that, all is great! We would still highly recommend this condo for anyone who wants simplicity and convenience vs. all the “bells and whistles”.

This property was so nice and had so much to offer such as games, shows, dvd rental, nice piil, etc. The staff were absolutely amazing and so sweet to us. This will most definitely be our new place to stay frok now on.

Studio apartment

We stayed 5 of our 6 nights and decided to come home a day early. Apartment was super clean, very well furnished. Although we didn’t use them was impressed it had a w/d. Loved having enough towels we didn’t have to call to request more. Loved the affordability. We didn’t use any of the kitchen items except the coffeemaker but it was nice to have them available. Only drawback was the Murphy bed squeeked and wasn’t very comfortable.

Just right for us!

Other than trying to be sold something we weren't interested in at check-in, for a future stay, a deposit and watching a video that could only be done at that time, it was a wonderful stay!
