Neighboring Fort Moore - The Modern Guest House

Summary:
This brand new 4-bedroom/2.5-bathroom home offers an open-concept living space downstairs with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath! The 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are upstairs. Only 10 minutes to Fort Moore and 15 minutes to downtown Columbus! Onsite laundry, off street parking, free wifi, and pets are welcome with a fee! We would love to host you!

The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find the living room and fully-equipped eat-in kitchen on the main floor. The living room has one full sofa bed, a futon, and a large SmartTV. The kitchen has all the essential cookware and dinnerware, and there are two dining tables for meal times.
Upstairs are all four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom features a queen and full bed. The second has a queen bed. The third room has two twin beds. The final bedroom has a king bed.
Out back, a grill is available for use.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the full house!

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet family-friendly neighborhood consisting primarily of current and retired military members and their families. Great spot!

Getting Around:
You will need a car or will have to take a cab because there isn't any public transit in the neighborhood.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We will always have someone who can come and help if you need anything, but we also trust our guests, and want them to feel completely at home. So unless you need us, we will make sure you are able to enjoy privacy. Checkin is flexible as long as you are arriving after 3:00 p.m. So don't worry about getting held-up in traffic or landing on a late flight. All of that said, if you ever do need us, we are only a phone call away!
