S. Lamar - Displaced Local Residents, Remodels, Relocations & Waiting To Buy!

This is the perfect location for the corporate or weekend traveler, who needs all the amenities and close proximity to downtown at only 1.9 miles, without having to deal with traffic and all the congestion of getting in and out of downtown. It's comparable to any large suite of any upscale hotel, but with 1,750 sq. ft., it provides enough space for 3 couples or an entire family. (With that being said, it's not intended for anyone looking to host a "party" in it or exceed the 6 adult limit).

Modern house in an excellent location

I loved this house. We rented this house for a weekend in Austin. The location was perfect and it is very near to all main attractions. The house is very clean and the owner provides everything we need. I forgot my hoodie and he texted me immediately so I could pick it up. I would rent this house again next time I am back in Austin!

Location is great and house is very nice, new, and has many accommodations. Matt was very quick to answer any questions we had. The next time we are in town we we definitely be booking this house again.

Superb accommodation

Matt provided an impeccable experience from start to finish. The house is beautiful - really well appointed and welcoming - and there was no problem accessing it as the code for the front door was agreed with Matt in advance. The kitchen was already stocked with coffee and basic cooking accessories to start you off, dishwasher and washing machine soap also provided so it meant we didn't have to go to the expense of kitting it out ourselves, full tv service available including Netflix and the back garden was a lovely place to sit and relax. The location is also excellent - within walking distance of some lovely restaurants and coffee shops and indeed to the cinema. Unfortunately we only got to stay a week as we arrived smack in the middle of the Corona Virus shutdown. We were very disappointed to leave early. However we would love to come again - it really was one of the nicest places we ever stayed and everything about the house was just perfect.
