House close to the center of the city.400m from the main square. It has 4 large rooms each with 2 or 3 single or double beds. Also there are 2
bathroms. 2 kitchens and a terrace. There is another smaller house in the backyard with 2 rooms (12 sq meters each), kitchen and a small bathroom. In front of the house there is free parking place for few cars. Total area 200sq/m +150sq/m courtyard.
The house was built 1930-35. It's under protection of the ministry of culture and is considered as a culture heritage. We can accommodate more than 15 guest's.

Why they chose this property
its an old house in the center of the city. completly renovated. there is free parking infront of the house. Big supermarkets are close 4-500 meters walk. Because of the specific building ( wide walls and high ceilings) the house is cold in summer so there is no need for aircon. Electric heating is provided for winter. There is balcony where you can seat ,have coffe etc. Also there is backyard with garden and place so seat and enjoy.
