Je hebt altijd al die perfecte plek in het land gewild - hier is het! Quarry Hill Farm is afgelegen, omgeven door natuurlijke schoonheid. Dicht bij de culturele voordelen van Bennington en Williamstown, als je het wilt verkennen. Of u kunt op de boerderij blijven, wandelen, lokale gerechten bereiden, ruimte en tijd hebben om te ontspannen, lezen, een goed gesprek voeren. Vanuit Quarry Hill Farm kunt u de regio verkennen, genieten van de natuur en tijd doorbrengen met uw gasten in alle privacy.

Er zijn veel kamers in dit huis. De familiekamer is ruim en beschikt over een keuken die uitkomt op de patio. The Living Room is de originele hut uit 1790. The Dining Room wordt ingericht als vergaderruimte voor groepen om ideeën te bedenken die iedereen positiviteit bieden. De slaapkamers zijn comfortabel, bijna allemaal met ensuite badkamers voor ieders comfort. Meningen zullen u vanuit elk venster betoveren. U zult zich omringd voelen door de natuurlijke omgeving, maar dicht bij de cultuur van de Berkshires en Bennington.

Geweldige wifi! Wees zo verbonden als je wilt. Een grote bibliotheek met boeken - de moeder van Sally was een historicus en verzamelaar. Wandelen en wandelen rondom, evenals boerderijdieren en boer buren. Het hele huis is van jou om te genieten als je thuis weg van huis bent. We willen dat je verbinding maakt met de natuur, je doet herleven, regenereren, herstellen.

Onze manager, Jenny, zal u bij aankomst begroeten en u rondleiden door het huis. Ze staat tijdens uw verblijf voor u klaar om te helpen en uw eventuele vragen te beantwoorden.

Amazing comfortable warm

Lovely house, rambling old farmhouse vibe with lots of space for entertaining and gathering. Many beds and bedrooms. We had a celebration event, and the caterer had lots of room to prep and we had lots of room to serve and eat. The property is serene, with hills and cows and trees. It was a delight to collaborate with Quarry Hill on assembling wonderful extras for our event. Guests from 11-89 enjoyed the space immensely. Thank you!

Cozy, Spacious Home!

We had a large group of 16 (and two dogs) at this home for 2 nights. There was plenty of room for all, and we loved the charm of the home! Jenny was amazing and immensely helpful throughout the whole process!

Beautiful pastoral setting!

We had a wonderful weekend at Quarry Hill Farm. The farmhouse was wonderful amd rustic, it felt historic, warm and cozy and the setting was beautiful. It was plenty big for our group of 8 guys. We enjoyed hearing the cows lowing by the pond at breakfast. The area is so dark at night that the stars were amazing. Our host Jenny was warm, super friendly and very helpful. At her suggestion we walked up the road and bought yogurt from the neighboring farm, which was delicious. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful house but it needs a little TLC

The Twelve adults in our family had a great time . The house easily accommodated all of us with room to spare. Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. Beautiful views from all of the windows. Lovely spot What a nice surprise to find a crib for our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. We’ll have fond memories of our time in Pownal

Fantastic time at the farm!

We all loved it here. Great size for 8-9 adults and could have fit more. Enjoyed hiking in the area and using the bonfire and grill out back. Lots of rooms for different spots to hang out. Kitchen super well stocked for large group. Great place!

Fall Foliage Getaway

Beautiful property with stunning views for fall foliage. The house was large and very accommodating for our family of ten adults and four kids! The property manager Jenny was great and Informative and made us feel welcomed by checking in on us periodically. Overall wonderful stay.

The kids had a blast exploring all the secret rooms in this property. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well. More pots and pans for cooking would have been helpful.

Wonderful graduation weekend

Beautiful house on an amazing piece of property! The property manager was fantastic helping us coordinate a catered dinner for one night and throughout our stay answering any questions that came up! Plenty of hiking and things to do nearby but no reason to really leave, best view is right from the backyard!!

Decompressing Stay at a Legitimate Farmhouse

Our stay at Quarry Farms was amazing! Our kids had the best time exploring all the rooms (including finding a hidden staircase). The view from the backyard is gorgeous. Jenny had some great recommendations for nearby things to do, such as getting fresh yogurt and touring a farm, but we mostly enjoyed relaxing at the house. The best part of the trip by far was Jenny. She was so helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Grace in the storm

In true "can do" fashion Jenny didn't let a little thing like a massive storm with downed trees, and power outages stand in the way of our visit. She provided us with alternative housing that allowed us to stay together, and focus on the wedding we were there to attend. Jenny is the very model of a modern major general!

What a gem!

This place was amazing. There's as much to take in inside as there is outside. The house itself is huge and the perfect combination of rustic farmhouse and cabin/lodge vibes. The outside feels as though you're right in a LL Bean ad, views for days. Beds were super comfortable, towels and linens also very high quality. Jenny was also the best and most organized host. She really made this an "experience" that felt like a true vacation. We definitely hope to be back later this year.

Cozy, historic elegance

We'd been thinking about spending the holidays in a cozy, older home in the country for several years and we certainly found the perfect setting at Quarry Hill. The house is situated on an idyllic landscape of farmland, fields, a pond and cows. The house is charming, filled with history, warmth, and decorated with elegant touches. The beds were super soft and there were plenty of spaces to gather in a big group or spread out for some quiet time. We cooked, played games, took walks, and visited a local farm to pick up the creamiest yogurt ever. Jenny was super attentive, responding immediately to any questions or requests. She even arranged for us to wake up Saturday morning to a fresh pile of snow! We have such amazing memories of our time there and can't wait to go back again!

Christmas with family

We booked for Christmas with our family of 15. The house was perfect for us…great layout, cozy, plenty of spaces to gather, and even a little hill out back where the kids could sled. Unfortunately we had to leave a couple days early due to issues with septic and heat. Jenny was a true gem … very responsive and helpful. She even managed to find us a nearby property so we could complete the last 2 days of our time together. She went above and beyond. It is a very old house, and things can go wrong that are not in anyone’s control. That said, I would definitely book there again. We loved the house!

Perfect early summer weekend in Vermont!

Our extended family of 15 had a wonderful weekend at Quarry Hill Farm, celebrating two milestone birthdays. Everything was wonderful — easy checkin and checkout, the comfortable old farmhouse, gorgeous views from the patio (and many of the rooms!), a nice long walk on mostly dirt roads with few cars, a spacious kitchen that made it easy to prepare food for 15, clear instructions about garbage, recycling and the like, crisp linens and comfy beds, and several unique spaces that made it easy for groups of us to visit together, play board games, etc! In 15 minutes we were at the Clark Institute for a fabulous art exhibit, and MASSMoCA isn’t much further. Several times, people in our party commented in what an ideal space and location it was for us to gather. Although it was humid and rainy on Saturday, it cleared just enough for us to see the stunning cloud formation over the valley and pond from the patio, also the loveliest spot for a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning. Thank you, Jenny!
