Absolutely magnificent property with everything you could want- especially for dog owners! This cabin has million dollar views, and was so clean and comfortable! We had an absolute blast on a family getaway. We will definitely be back.

Lovely weekend getaway

Very nice cabin with beautiful views! Enjoyed the game of horseshoes, cornhole, outdoor fire pit, and pool table. Wonderful location, and very cozy beds. We really struggled with the TV, unfortunately. Complex system which none of us could really figure out. It wasn’t a big deal, but it was frustrating. The kitchen and fixtures could use a bit of updating. We really loved the comfortable porch area and the fresh air!

Impressive and Stunning

A Girlfriend reunion prompted our stay. The porches skyline view is fantastic. Kitchen is bigger than the pictures and well stocked with quality kitchenware. Spacious floor plan 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom on each level. Main level a large covered wrap around porch with lots of seating. Inside sitting area with automatic reclining sofas. Bottom level staircase has a interior door ideal for noise control & surprisingly a separate laundry room with folding table and closets with extra linens and blankets. Also downstairs is a magnificent bar - microwave, frig and a pool table including pool sticks that actually have tips! OH bring your horseshoes, nice pit area otherwise a corn hole set & board games for every age on premises. Professional staff, comfortable beds. I'll stay here again.

We totally enjoyed our time at this cabin.

We totally enjoyed our time at this cabin. The view was amazing and it was so very cozy and actually felt like a nice cabin in the woods... The communication with the manager was direct, and they were quick to respond. The kitchen was well stocked. The kitchen and one bathroom are a bit dated, but had everything you would need and more. hot water was plentiful. It was nice to have a pool table, games and fireplaces, and outdoor hot tub, horse shoes, corn hole and a fire pit.. We enjoyed ourselves very much and will most likely rent this cabin again in the fall. We used to rent a different cabin each year during this time, for about eight years, but then stopped. I am glad we did again this year. We normally rent higher end cabins, but this fit the bill, as we brought the adult children and the two small dogs. It actually felt more like a mountain get away than a larger, more modern cabin. There were three very comfortable king bedrooms(the one on the top floor had the most firm bedding. I picked the main floor and was very happy with the bedding) with baths on each floor, giving each of us a bit of privacy. The cabin was spacious enough that we never felt we were crowding each other. The cabin was very clean. We have rented several places and felt we had to run a load of dishes upon arrival, and here we did not. For the person who wrote in December that they were upset they had to do several things upon check out, I have to disagree. When you check in to this property there is a book with all sorts of information about your stay. Rules, things to do, etc... Yes, they ask for you to clean the dishes and put them away prior to leaving. There were five of us. We ran the dishwasher the night prior, so we would only have the dishes from the morning (not a big deal if you prepare - you can also plan ahead and bring paper plates and to go coffee cups if you are in a hurry to catch a plane or hit the road). Also, they ask that you do not strip any of the beds. Normally I strip the beds and put the sheets near the washer machine. They also ask that you put the trash in the bin. So, no big deal, it is actually less than some places.. Checking in and out was super easy compared to some places I have been. Communication was super speedy. Directions to cabin were spot on down to a 1/10 of a mile. Road is completely paved, but quite steep and winding. We enjoyed ourselves very much and would absolutely rent this great cabin again. Thanks for a great getaway. We made many happy memories.. Communication was excellent. Very quick to respond. We had no issues at all.

All the comforts you need in a cabin.

We rented this cabin for a quick guys weekend. The cabin was perfect for us 3 guys. We all had our own king bedroom and bathroom. I wish the bedrooms were en-suites but it still worked out for us. This might not work if someone needed more privacy. But note the bathrooms are not located in the bedrooms. The views are awesome. We usually rent from a different company on My Mountain for the views and the views on My Mountain from this cabin did not disappoint. We enjoyed the outdoors a lot and hungover at the fire pit often. The only negative there was 2 of the 4 plastic chairs were cracked. We still managed to make it work. Overall we really liked the cabin and would rent it again. I would love to go back with my dogs. The fenced in dog area looked awesome and is just something you do not find in a cabin rental.

This cabin has it all and is such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains. The view is spectacular and the wrap around deck was one of the most frequently used features of the house. We ate most of our meals outside, enjoying sunrise and sunset on the deck and went out after dark to star gaze and spot lightening bugs. We were struck by how quiet (and dark it is at night). Despite being in a community with homes nearby, we never heard or saw anyone else from the house, really made it feel like our family's personal hideaway. One morning my daughter and I were up early and saw a deer walk right through the yard, it was such a magical way to start the day. We had a family gathering and loved that each couple had their own king bed and bathroom. That's so hard to find, especially at such a reasonable rate. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, even our kids slept well despite the 3 hour time change. We traveled from Oregon and love being outdoors, so we soaked up as much lake and trail time as possible. This was easy to do in Blue Ridge with so many outdoor activities within a 10-30 minute drive. Our favorites included a hike to Fall Creek Falls, a moderately short hike the entire family could do with a beautiful waterfall at the end you can wade in at the base; Swimming at Vogel State Park - they had a lovely sandy beach with shaded areas we could all play in and a nice lake to swim in; horseback riding at Blanche Manor trail riding on the Tennessee border. Blue Ridge is also such a fun town to explore with fantastic food (even compared to Portland cuisine), shops to explore and a beautiful scenic train in the middle of town. This cabin has it all and is such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains. BEAUTIFUL Cabin and WONDERFUL private getaway with INCREDIBLE mountain views! The My Mountain Cabin Rentals staff is extremely professional and friendly, doing all they can to ensure a memorable vacation. My Mountain RendezView is by far the best cabin to stay at in the Blue Ridge Mountain area! Gorgeously decorated, high-end furniture and furnishings, well-maintained and clean, all in the coziest of settings! The cabin is located on the top of My Mountain, an exclusive community with amazing mountain views, very accessible location, with easy access to shopping, excellent restaurants, pubs and sightseeing! There is so much room in this cabin, including a fully stocked kitchen, multi-level bedrooms and bathrooms, fantastic great room, two fireplaces, a large outdoor recreational area with fire pit, horse shoes and corn hole games, hammock, lots of board games, big screen TVs, a great movie collection, pool table, fenced-in dog area and Jacuzzi! This is the perfect cabin for either family fun or for a romantic excursion! We'll definitely be booking future trips to this heavenly haven! This is our second stay at RendezView and about our eighth stay at My Mountain.

This is our second stay at RendezView and about our eighth stay at My Mountain. This cabin has the best view of any we have stayed in and we have stayed in six different ones. Favorite spot is back porch in rocking chair- rocking, reading, relaxing, and enjoying one of the most awesome views ever! My son said this was "paradise" and I agree. Thanks for sharing this piece of paradise with us. We'll be back again! You all were a pleasure to work with. Thanks for answering a million questions and helping us have a memorable vacation with our family!
