Casa floridiana de dos pisos y lugar tranquilo. Primer piso Entrada privada 800 pies cuadrados área habitable dos dormitorios, dos baños, una pequeña cocina y sala de estar. WiFi y cable. Casa construida en 2017. Totalmente amueblado con una cama tamaño queen en cada habitación, cocina con electrodomésticos para cocinar y refrigerar. TV con cable, agua caliente, aire acondicionado. A 15 minutos de todos los entretenimientos de la ciudad, restaurantes. Bonita zona tranquila.

Surprised to find out that it was a multi dwelling - my fault for not looking through the reviews. It was perfectly situated for where I needed to go and the host was super responsive and helpful.

Apartment to hell - we left after 30 Minutes

July 20251. The Apartment is to small maximal for 2 people.2. We found used underware and socks in the compartment below the sink in the bathroom.3. the whole apartment smell like mold.4. Leftover food from past guest.5. no pots to cook for yourself. only 2 cups for 3 people6. one chair has stains fromn something ??? in it.. maybe urin. 7. Comminication very bad. No response from the owner after we ask for full refund.Over all impression: WARNING: Do not book

Property not as described

This property is not suitable for 2 couples unless you have one person who would be happy to spend time on a backless bar stool. There are only 3 seats for relaxing and not enough silverware or pots. The location was also not as described. When we booked the information provided indicated that it was 15 minutes to the entertainment district in Naples however it was more that 25 miles to this area. The host has now removed this from their property description. There were several other issues which resulted in us leaving after 1 day despite being booked for a week.

Excellent host

The apartment was clean, the bedrooms with en-suite excellent but the kitchen was not set up for cooking meals. The efficient air conditioning mitigated the very high temperatures outside. The location was out in the middle of nowhere so we had to drive miles simply to shop: therefore, a hire car is a must for other clients. Our host, Melissa, was very helpful & responsive in dealing with our queries.

The place was nice and clean, except for the coffee pot which was quite dirty. The people upstairs were very loud and you could hear them late at night and they alarm went off for awhile at 6:30am. It was also hard to get the WiFi password and not one was answering us on where to obtain the password, we read the instructions sent ahead of time but never got something that had the password on it. Eventually after contacting Vrbo we got the password. Overall it was a nice stay for a mother daughter vacation.

Not being a country person driving onto the property was a surprise. Tightly surrounded by Palm trees. The unit was wonderful. Fully equipped, well furnished and nice and cool inside. Would gladly stay there again.

Not for women, only men

This was suppose to be a place for my daughter and I and we were looking forward to it. The place is clean in the bedroom and bath. The kitchen was somewhat clean. The listing is for a 2 bed and 2 bath. The sheets looked clean but they were dark colored. The towels are gray colored. The overall cleanliness is good, except the kitchen could use a good scrub. The place was dark and had poor lighting, like POOR lighting! There was no cell service and that made us scared since it was pitch black outside. The main door opens outward making any of the security measures we brought with us as women would be a joke because all doors opened outward (no way to barricade door). The bedroom door was the same. There was a strange locked doors that was in one of the bedrooms and we felt we could not sleep in there, because the door could be accessed from the other side while you lay sleeping. If you are men or a couple, maybe this would work for you but I do not recommend for women. It's way too scary with lack of security and no cellular service, in the middle of nowhere and the foliage of the trees is so thick, no one can hear you scream or see you. We were frightened and stayed one night clinging on to each other. We checked out the next day and requested a refund of the remaining two days but the host did not seem to care. They did not bother to reassure us or try to explain or anything. She even asked, "were you scared?" as if this was a recurring theme.

Property is very clean and provides everything you need fora pleasant and relaxing stay. The property is located in a safe and secure area and out of the city traffic. We will be staying in it again in February!

Good value for price!

2 bedroom 2 bath! Responsive host. There wasn’t hand soap in both bathrooms or much dish soap but when we asked Melissa about it she came right over to rectify it. We would’ve preferred a new sponge to use but the beds were comfy and the place was in a good location for us to visit Naples, Marco Island and the Everglades.

Wonderful owners

On Tuesday with hurricane Ian slowed down and started shifting east my parents received an emergency evacuation, they were for days only under a tropical storm warning. They called everywhere to get a hotel. I found this little gem and the owners responded right away, had the home ready for my parents within a few hours. Wonderful owners to work with and I appreciate their quick response.
