Pools, Tennis Golf, Bocce Shuffleboard and classes including yoga, water aerobic, water walking, painting,( oil and acrylic and Watercolor classes),, on site Minutes to Historic Old Naples, 5th Ave, Shopping and Restaurants, Beaches, Nature Preserves, Hiking, Biking trails, live theatre and movie theaters.

Golf/tennis: As a renter you have access to an 18-hole par 70 course and 9-hole courses available to play as well as ten (10) championship tennis courts. 18 hole full regulation course (Par 70) for Only $25 and a 9 hole executive course (Par 3) for just $15. Golf Cart Rentals available.

Pools: The Glades Community features nine (9) conveniently located heated swimming pools. One of them is steps from the unit, you'll probably enjoy a quiet swim on a warm Naples afternoon.

Love and will return

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this property and I will continue to book it. The location is spectacular and the condo is a good size with all the amenities you need. Hosts are amazing as well.

Pool paradise

Nice condo with a peaceful setting and a heated pool nearby. This community has 9 swimming pools, golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness classes, games...everyone is friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. A peaceful retreat from the crazy traffic of Naples

Great Tropical Retreat

Very beautiful relaxing stay. Everything that you need is supplied pretty much. Close to the beach and downtown 5th Avenue area.

Spacious condo.

We stayed in the condo for a month. The condo was lovely. Nice views from the Lanai My husband and I particularly like the area. It’s very convenient for us to 5th Avenue.

Fabulous month in Naples!

Karen is an AMAZING host!! Beautiful condo for my parents and I as we escaped the tundra of Illinois!! Enjoyed our pool time and golf on the premises!! Would love to return to the Glades!

Another Great Stay!

We had another wonderful stay here this January. All the things from last year: excellent condo, great location, and lots of activities (golfing, swimming, tennis, walking, relaxing on the lanai, short drive to beach, 19th hole, local restaurants, etc ). In addition, the kitchen was remodeled (very nice!) and the Pines course was open. It is a little shorter than a typical golf course but quite challenging, tight in places and several water holes. There also is a chipping and putting green within walking distance that was very helpful for shaking off some of the winter rust. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The neighbors are also friendly. This year we found Sugden park, less than 2 miles away. A nice park with a 1.5 mile walking path around a lake. Overall, it was Another Great Stay!

A Great Golf Community but Still Close to Beaches

We enjoyed everything about the Glades Apartment. The Location, the Furnishings, and especially the Oversized Balcony with the Spectacular Garden, Park-Like Setting. We would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to play Golf and Tennis and be close to Marco Island and Naples.

Beautiful condo in great location

We spent 4 weeks in the condo and had a great time. It is very confortable, clean, quiet and you feel that everything is taken care. The kitchen was more than equipped with most of our needs. And the washer and dryer was very helpfull to have. The unit is very nicely decorated, spacious and well-equipped and is in an ideal location to access all that Naples area has to offer. The communication with the owner is easy going and very fast. We recommend this condo very much and will come back.

Great January stay

The condo is excellent and the location is great! The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The only disappointing thing was that the big course wasn't open. But we enjoyed everything else, golf on the Palmetto, tennis, walking, the beach, the local restaurants, and especially the weather. We have signed up to come back next January and look forward to playing the Pines course.

Beautiful condo, great location in Naples,

We had a wonderful month at the Glades (Oct-Nov) in this lovely, clean 2-bdrm/2 bath condo. It was well stocked with anything you'd need to make your stay feel like home. Grocery stores and Walmart are close enough to get anything you might need. The owner was very responsive in answering any questions and correcting anything we asked about. They are lovely people to work with. The weather was perfection the entire month. Not one day that wasn't sunny with temps that were perfect. We loved eating out on the screened lanai feeling like we were in paradise. There are lots of things to do: golf, tennis, swimming, MahJongg, a small, but well-stocked community library to self select reading material, and so close to downtown Naples and Old Naples that we could grab a lunch or dinner in a jiffy. It is a big complex, so there is plenty of room for walks in the community itself. We found a 44-court public pickleball park with academy for lessons 10-15 minutes away. We loved that the swimming pool was so close to the condo and provided lots of shade if you wanted it. Beaches are also near enough that it didn't take a lot of time to get to them either and so many to choose from! Other residents were very friendly and helpful. They gave us plenty of suggestions for restaurants and attractions. Trash pickup is three times a week so you never have smelly garbage to deal with. The only negative we could come up with is that the condo is nearby where they store the lawn maintenance vehicles/carts so in the morning there is a lot of traffic as they arrive and leave to do golf course maintenance. We just kept our back windows closed and it didn't bother us. We'd love to return and would recommend this property to friends looking for golf and a good value with the ability to rent for a month at a time.

Beautiful Vacation Retreat

We very much enjoyed this home for our Florida vacation. The condo has everything you would want in a vacation home. Spacious rooms, abundent sunlight, extremely clean, comfortable furniture and plenty of space to relax inside or in the screened in porch. Fine linens were available as well as all the kitchen items you would need to cook if that's what you choose. The parking is right outside to unit so loading and unloading luggage, groceries is easy. The amenities in this development are above par. Golfing, swimming pools, tennis, poolside bar and restaurant. Everything is easy to access and quite enjoyable for the days you wish to stay close to "home". The location is close to Naples downtown, the many Naples beaches as well as the neighboring communities. It is convenient to hop in the car and take a drive to Bonita Beach, Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers or stay nearby for the day enjoying all that Naples has to offer. I would highly recommend this home for your Florida vacation!!

Naples, our down south home, near where my husband's father grew up and my father retired to at 50 years old. Naples has everything you could ask for, the sophistication of in city living within the quiet beauty of a resort town. A town with Culture: lots of galleries, museums, live theatre, symphony, opera, great food and shopping, And Beaching:the beaches are the best, if you prefer 10 pools to swim and splash in. Or play golf everyday

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

On our many many world travels, we've visited few places that offers everything that the Glades and Naples area offers. sitting on the lanai at dusk, my favorite mahoghany trees leaves blowing in the breeze. Before we bought here we rented for years; enjoyed the surprise of having another renter invite us for at drink or coffee in the clubhouse, full service restaurant right here. All a delight. I'm sure you will find it so too.
