Living spaces
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse offers a comfortable layout for time together after cold-weather adventures. Vaulted ceilings and large windows bring in natural light, while the wood-burning fireplace anchors the main living area for relaxed evenings of conversation or watching TV. A second sitting area overlooks the lounge, creating a quiet nook for board games, reading, or unwinding with a warm drink after a day outdoors.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for winter stays when home-cooked meals are part of the routine. Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and ample prep space make cooking easy, whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or a shared dinner. Morning rituals are elevated with a Breville Bambino espresso machine and grinder. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table or gathered casually at the breakfast bar, with cleanup handled by the dishwasher before you head back to the fire.
Sleeping arrangements
The upper level includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and access to a private balcony, plus a second bedroom with a king-split bed that can be arranged as one king or two twins. A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo is located nearby. On the main level, the third bedroom features another king-split bed, along with a second full bathroom with a spacious shower. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for winter comfort.
Outdoor living and amenities
After skiing or exploring snowy trails, step out to the private hot tub deck and soak in the crisp mountain air. The balcony offers outdoor seating and a BBQ grill, while the mudroom provides space for storing winter gear. Located in the Stoneridge complex, the townhouse offers ski-in and ski-out access to Merlin’s Run on Blackcomb Mountain when snow conditions allow, typically from late December through March. A free Village Shuttle stop nearby connects you to Whistler Village, gondolas, dining, and shops. The Benchlands neighborhood is quiet and forested, offering a peaceful contrast to the energy of the village below.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is available in a covered carport, suitable for one small vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Stoneridge sits in Whistler’s Benchlands, a quiet, forested neighbourhood with sweeping mountain views. The complex offers a peaceful retreat while still providing convenient access to the free Village Shuttle, which stops nearby and connects you to Whistler Village, shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Skiers at an intermediate level can enjoy access to Lower Merlin’s Run, while everyone can take advantage of nearby Valley Trail paths for walking or cycling. It’s a serene base for a relaxed alpine getaway with easy connections to the village amenities.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
