The Space:

Snow settles quietly through the evergreens as skis glide past just outside, and the warmth of a gas fireplace draws you in after a day on the mountain. Mornings begin with forest views framed by large windows, coffee in hand, while evenings slow down in the glow of firelight and winter stillness. The rhythm here is unhurried, grounded in alpine surroundings and easy access to Whistler’s slopes and village.



Living space

This entire condo offers a comfortable layout designed for relaxed mountain stays. Set on a single level with elevator access, the home places you close to both nature and the heart of Whistler. Large picture windows bring the forest indoors, while the living area invites you to settle in with plush seating, a Smart TV, and the steady warmth of the indoor fireplace. Sliding doors open to a private balcony, where outdoor furniture lets you pause and take in the quiet of the trees between ski days.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to four guests across one bedroom and a den. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, ample storage, and a TV for unwinding at night. The den, which does not have windows, serves as the second sleeping area and includes a twin bunk bed. Two full bathrooms add convenience - one ensuite with a bathtub and shower, and a second bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen supports everything from simple breakfasts before first tracks to unhurried dinners after returning from the slopes. Stainless steel appliances and generous counter space make meal preparation easy, while the dining table seats four comfortably for shared meals and conversation.



Building amenities

Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool heated year-round, a shared hot tub, and a shared gym within the building. Ski days end well here, whether you choose a soak in the hot tub or a quiet evening back in the condo. Secure ski and bike storage is available in the building, and underground parking as well as free street parking add convenience during your stay.



Ski access and location

With ski-in and ski-out access to Merlin’s run from the rear of the property, getting on and off the mountain is straightforward when conditions allow. Ski access is seasonal and dependent on snow levels. Whistler Village is only minutes away, offering dining, shops, and après-ski options without the need for a long commute.



Services and comfort

In-suite laundry, high-speed wifi, and a dedicated workspace support longer or more flexible stays. The building offers both self check-in and a staffed front desk, with building staff available 24 hours a day.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



The Neighborhood:

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.



Getting Around:

• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

• 2-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

• The den does not have windows.

• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.

• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Good ski-in ski-out location

We were very pleased with the location. Had some noise problems - it's essentially a 6-story apartment buildingso you have lots of neighbors. First night there was a cleaning crew cleaning the unit above us that kept us awake. When I told the front desk the next day they said they just attributed it to the busy weekend and said they didn't manage that unit. It's weird to rent this on vrbo since it's managed by a professional management company so you don't really interact with anyone personally.

Very nice apartment

We are regulars and have stayed in various apartment units at Woodrun over the years for our annual ski holidays. This unit is very tastefully decorated and everything works. The washer, dryer and dishwasher are dated but they work fine and are tough as nail with a build quality you can no longer find in today's appliances - I like them as they are. The Whistler Platinum crew is great and ever willing to help with request or issues with very fast response time. Special shout-out to Luke at the front desk who is such a guest-centric gentleman with a warm and friendly personality.

REAL SKI IN SKI OUT

NICE LOCATION FOR SKIING WITH TRUE SKI IN AND OUT LOCATION OFF UPPER VILLAGE. WALK HOME UP THE SLOOPS WAS DIFFICULT AFTER A HARD DAY OF SKIING. OPTED TO DRIVE MOST NIGHTS.

Great place for skiing!

The condo was exactly as described, the management staff was very responsive and friendly, and the location was really great for getting on/off the mountain (especially for this girl who HATES walking in her ski boots). I will give you a little tip if you're staying here, though: make sure you look for ALL the thermostats in the unit (I believe there are 5). If you don't change all of them, you'll have a hard time getting the condo to the temperature you want.
