Great property

This is very nice property, great for larger groups. Conveniently located, close to main attraction and restaurants. Kitchen is well equipped if you decide to cook for yourself. We would stay there again!

Very convenient to Whistler Blackcomb. Very Clean. Well stocked. All the rooms were nicely appointed. A book with instructions on how to use things, as well as a listing of what nearby amenities are available would be helpful. All in all a great house

Great experiences

We have stayed in Whistler Platinum houses many times and have always found them to be clean, spacious and well stocked. Staff is very pleasant and responsive. We will always use WP when we visit Whistler.

Unique house

This home is an interesting design however it shows its age. It would really benefit from a pool table in the once golf room, a new hot tub located on the top deck or master, another bed in the loft, door knobs that don't fall off and actually lock when supposed to, a new roof, a good power washing and removal and relaying pavers so patios are actually flat, reinstalling the exterior pot lights hanging down, a sanding of the front deck off the kitchen, moving the BBQ to the kitchen deck rather than up the 50 stair hallway, a dimmer on the dining room table that worked, sanding and restaing the front door and firing the handyman that put expanding foam all over the house and between pavers where the hottub is. Also a hottub that doesn't shut off and need to be reset at the breaker once a day. Other than that, nice house.

Beautiful Chalet

The pictures don\'t do this place justice. This chalet is absolutely stunning. We traveled to Whistler for a softball tournament September long weekend. The service and location are perfect, the chalet is very spacious with beautiful views. I do have to agree with some of the previous reviews. The only air conditioning unit was in the master bedroom suit on the top floor and wasn\'t working properly. We had some issues with the shutters as well as the TV in this room. The BBQ on the kitchen level was only semi working. And the boiler stopped working completely. We had no hot water for 2 days which was quite inconvenient. Having to play 4 games in one day the team was in desperate need of a shower. The concierge and the manager tried to assist over the phone but being a long weekend, they couldn\'t get the service technician out there. It was suggested to us to use the hot tub instead. The team settled for ice cold shower. Other than that, we had a great time and would highly recommend this place.

Service and location are perfect, but it would be better if have a regular professional inspection on property instead of customer reports because the house is big and sort of ageing: - master bedroom air conditioner and shutters not working - shared bathroom door handles are loose - No wifi in bedrooms - Noise of furnace

Lots of Stairs, but Amazing Views

Loved the home, but itā€™s a definite leg workout! Weā€™ll stocked kitchen, comfy beds and beautiful views too the highlights of this home. A few maintenance issues, but the service did their best to help us out! I would say more outdoor seating could make this that much better if an experience

This property is lovelyā€¦. Very comfortable with most everything you could need for a week away. The service provided by the management company was excellentā€¦. Just be aware: There are several stone stairs, which may make it difficult for the elderly or young children. Also, although air conditioned. the upstairs rooms get hot in warm weather, and are difficult to cool down. Wish: That there was more outdoor seating on main level decks.

Alpine View Chalet

Overall, fantastic place and location. Home did however have a bunch of quirks: odd things like no salt and pepper, aluminum foil; weak wifi that wonā€™t work near hot tub or upper outside deck; very dated hot tub (relative to grandeur of chalet); very old, semi-broken BBQ on kitchen level deck; small/thin garage door bays (difficult to fit a truck); media room advertising is false = there is no working projector = replaced by a pretty cheap, small television, media room wiring just sprawled along floor. Place basically just needs a bit of a refresh, update. Beautiful home otherwise. Concierge service was very good/helpful.

Absolutely stunning

Would highly recommend this chalet. 5-star luxury all around. All the beds were super comfortable, the views from all the balconies were breathtaking and it made for a fantastic family getaway. Photos don\'t begin to describe the grandeur of this ski chalet - a perfect family vacation

We could not have been more impressed with this chalet, the space and amenities were beyond what the photos/description implied. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with large separate pantry, two ovens, two sinks (the list goes on and on), there is so much space for ski gear and the mudroom was awesome. You\'ll be pleasantly surprised how having large/multiple spaces makes a vacation with kids that much more enjoyable. The media rooms, play rooms, bed/bedding, showers (with the best water pressure EVER) and hot tub were super luxurious. The master bedroom suite was incredible and we wished we had had more time to enjoy the BBQ and outdoor space/views more but we were busy skiing. A few things to note: shampoo/conditioner is not supplied for the entire time for everyone; there are no air mattresses/pullout beds so even though there is space for many many more, there are not that many beds; you can request extra garbage/recycling pickup; the kitchen knives are not sharp enough for cutting anything (bring your own); the location is not walkable to Whistler but a short drive and since busses were on strike, we were a bit stuck for those not skiing and left without a car. Highly recommended and I hope we get to go back soon!

Stunning

This home is just incredible. Obviously there are a few little signs of wear as is with any rental property, but honestly, the online photos do not do it justice. We felt like we were staying in a castle. The views, the hot tub, the wood-burning fireplace, the rooms, the kitchenā€¦EVERYTHING was fantastic. We hired ā€œBlackcomb Chefā€David to prepare our final dinner and he was just amazing! This home and the chefā€¦a match made in heaven!
