Laundry and Mudroom with boot dryer area and plenty of storage for boots and jackets. 5 Flatscreen TVs, SONOS 2 surround sound system with speakers throughout house. Combining high end modern furnishings and a unique dining table set seating 12 guests. The wood for the table is made from reclaimed wood from floor joists out of the Boulder Saloon built in the Gastown neighbourhood of Vancouver in the early 1900's, so the wood is well over 100 years old. Large double garage. Natural gas Weber barbecue, outside seating and, of course, large hot-tub for 8 people.

The house is located on the valley trail network and all the local hiking and biking trails. It is within a 2 minute walk to Whistler Recreation Centre that has full gym, squash, facilities as well as public ice skating and a children and adult pool. In summer time, the park opens up to a perfect setting for families with a small water park.

DISCLOSURE NOTE: Separate owner suite with separate entrance outside of property front door sometimes in use by owner. Infrequent in winter but occupied full time from May to September. The suite does not impede with the use and enjoyment of the main house.
