The Space:

Snow settles quietly on the evergreens as you step inside, boots by the door and warmth rising from heated floors. Outside, the fairways lie hushed beneath winter’s calm, while inside the soft glow of the electric fireplace and the stillness of the mountains invite you to slow down after a day in the cold alpine air.



The living area is arranged for easy evenings in, with comfortable seating gathered around the fireplace and large windows framing forest and mountain views. An open layout connects the lounge to a dining space that seats six and a kitchen designed for relaxed meals between adventures. Whether you are brewing coffee in the early morning or returning with takeout from the village, everything flows naturally, keeping the space welcoming and functional throughout the winter season.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, thoughtfully spread out for privacy. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, its own balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with heated floors, a glass-enclosed shower, and a soaker tub - an ideal place to unwind. On the main level, two additional bedrooms each include King-split beds and TVs, served by a second bathroom with heated floors and a glass shower. Bed linens and extra pillows and blankets are provided to keep nights comfortable during colder months.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private deck to take in crisp mountain air and views across the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, which transforms into a quiet, snow-covered landscape in winter. The deck includes outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, available for those who enjoy cooking outdoors in cooler temperatures. Within the complex, guests also have access to a shared hot tub with mountain views. Please note that the hot tub will be closed from April through October 2025 due to parkade renovations, and some construction may be visible during that period.



Practical comforts

A dedicated mudroom with a ski rack keeps gear organized, while an in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to refresh clothing after days outside. High-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or trip planning, and a smart lock allows for self check-in. Secure underground parking is included, along with additional free street parking nearby.

Set in Whistler’s Upper Village beside the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, the townhome places you a short walk from Lost Lake and close to Blackcomb. The free village shuttle is just two minutes away, offering convenient access to the gondola bases, while a scenic walk leads you through the trees toward the lifts and village amenities.

Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Blackcomb Greens is nestled beside the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, offering peaceful, forested surroundings with sweeping mountain views. The Upper Village and Blackcomb Gondola are just a short walk or a quick ride on the free village shuttle, while the nearby Valley Trail invites year-round walking and biking adventures.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Blackcomb Greens complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted on this property

Wonderful Ski Weekend!

This was a great spot for a friends ski weekend! Very clean and comfortable fit three couples with plenty of space. We really appreciated all the communication around getting there, along with one reserved parking spot and were able to get an available visitor parking spot. Location is very easy to get down to either village - either walking or taking the shuttle bus. All around, great spot and would book again!

Great time but a couple problems.

Everything was fine with the condo with a couple exceptions. First, the entryway was frigid. I know it was cold while we were there but the in-floor heat wasn't operating and the door didn't shut properly so the cold air just flowed into the condo. We mistakenly left our boots downstairs and our feet never warmed up due to the temperature deficit when putting them on in the morning. We learned quickly that we couldn't leave out boots down there as we may as well left them in the car or a snowbank! It was very cold even at the top of the stairs in the hallway between the bedrooms. Lastly, the water pipes seemed to have froze on our second to last day there leaving us with one operational bathroom for 6 people. I let someone know about it and they offered to send someone over but as we were leaving the next day, we just dealt with it. But, we shouldn't have to just deal with something like that while on vacation. I grew up in MN and we never had any pipes freeze even when -56F. Seems the construction/insulation isn't up to the need.
