The Space:

Snow falls softly beyond the windows as the glow of the indoor fireplace warms the living room after a day on the slopes. Boots dry in the mudroom while you settle into the media room for a movie night, the quiet of Fitzsimmons Creek just outside. Later, steam rises from the private hot tub in the crisp mountain air, and the outdoor gas fireplace casts a steady glow against the winter sky.



Living spaces

An open living area brings everyone together, with comfortable seating arranged around the indoor fireplace and TV - an inviting spot to unwind after carving through Whistler’s trails. The dining area and spacious breakfast bar create an easy flow for shared meals and conversation. On the ground floor, a dedicated media room with a wet bar offers another cozy retreat. Air conditioning, heating, and portable fans help maintain comfort throughout the year.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for both quick breakfasts before heading to the gondolas and relaxed dinners at home. A Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf gas stove anchor the space, with ample room to prepare meals at your own pace. The dining table provides space to gather, and the mid-level balcony features a BBQ grill for additional cooking options. A full kitchen setup and dishwasher make cleanup simple after long winter days.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms across the upper and lower levels accommodate up to eight guests. The upper-level primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a double-sided indoor fireplace that opens to the ensuite bathroom, complete with a soaking bathtub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom offers a king bed, while a third bedroom includes a queen bed - both near a shared bathroom with a deep soaking tub and rain shower. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom features a king-split bed and an ensuite bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. A powder room on the main level adds convenience.



Outdoor living

In winter, the backyard becomes a peaceful retreat. The private hot tub and outdoor gas fireplace offer warmth against the mountain chill, while the patio and balcony provide space to step outside and take in the snowy surroundings.



Essentials & conveniences

Wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work between ski runs. A washer and dryer, self check-in with a smart lock, and a private entrance add ease to your stay. The home includes a free parking garage on premises, with a two-car garage in the secure underground lot providing direct access. Safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher are in place, along with long term stays allowed for those planning an extended mountain retreat.



Neighborhood

Located in Fitzsimmons Walk just north of Whistler Village, the home sits along the Valley Trail near Fitzsimmons Creek. You are close to the shops, restaurants, and gondolas, with Nesters Market across the road for quick grocery runs and an easy winter walk into the heart of the village.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.



Getting Around:

• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll

• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market and surrounding shops & restaurants

• 2-minute drive to the Whistler Day Parking Lots

• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails

• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.



Other Things to Note:

• Stairs. The home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Great place to stay at Whistler.

The property was a great place for two families to stay. The living room is a little small for a family but the rest of the place was great.

Great Stay in Whistler!

I stayed here with my family for a week during the summer for a family vacation, and we had a fantastic time! The accommodation was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Family stay for everesting event

Location to the mountain was great. Clean and easy access. Rooms were a bit small and hard to navigate with bags. Needed to unpack to dressers to have room to walk around beds. Overall great stay and would go back again.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay

Location was great for driving to the village (5 minutes) or ride the shuttle. Shuttle stop was a one minute walk. Very well laid out townhome. All the conveniences of home. Great relaxation whether Sitting by the gas fireplace or relaxing in the hot tub.

Lovely town home with plenty of space and storage. Unit was stocked with towels, extra bedding, laundry and cleaning supplies. Great place for a family of 6. Walk to town is pleasant but would recommend shuttle if wearing ski boots. Shuttle system is easy but requires a bus pass for purchase. Private hot tub was clean and wonderful. Valley trail was beautiful for walks. Would definitely stay here again!

If only there was snow!

We came to Whistler to ski. Luckily the house was great and a perfect location for skiing at Whistler. If only there was snow!! I’d need be, you could walk to the resort, but we wouldn’t recommend it while carrying gear. It was a less than 5 minute drive to Whistler Village. We enjoyed our stay, used the grill and hot tub. Thanks for nice accommodations.

Perfect for Several Couples

We looked high and low for a unit with several bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for four couples. This was the perfect fit. Everyone had their own space and the unit was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the 8 of us and we took advantage of the large kitchen island for most of our meals. We liked the private parking and hot tub. The large entry off the garage made it very easy to store our ski gear in the many baskets and shelves after a day on the slopes.

Couples Ski Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in the townhouse. It was a perfect fit for a group of three couples and allowed everyone to have a bedroom and ensuite bath. The location is close to the village and made for an easy walk, short bus ride or quick drive. The kitchen was well equipped, and we took advantage of the large kitchen island to share breakfast and plan our activities for the day. The underground parking and private garage were a nice touch and the large entry with storage for all our ski gear was very handy. We took advantage of the private hot tub but it is a little small for the number of potential guests. It was nice to be close to everything but still feel like we were staying out in the woods with a view of the mountains.

Perfection

This was the perfect base for a week vacation in Whistler! We loved the trail right behind the home to access the Lost Lake trail system and quick access to the Bike Park. The River of Golden Dreams unguided tour was a favorite activity, as was the Eagle Zipline tour. After any activity the best part of the day was being able to roll out on bikes from a secured garage and onto awesome trails within minutes. Having Nester’s market across the road from the housing complex made making meals in the gorgeous kitchen very easy. Be sure to visit LaCantina next to the Nester's for some amazing tacos!

Excellent service from Platinum allowed us to enjoy our stay

Platinum helped us relocate from another condo into this one. Everyone could not have been more supportive. We would suggest that two small maintenance issues be addressed - the upper tray in the dishwasher should be replaced as some of the wheels are not working well. And, the rubber \"drain\" in the top of the disposal should also be replaced. That will greatly reduce the noise level in the unit as well as water/gunk spray.

Big place, high quality, fabulous chef\'s kitchen. Quiet location 10 minute walk from the village. Two feet of fresh snow on arrival then two sunny days with no wind :) Hot tub, outdoor fireplace and BBQ got well used by all 7 of us!

We really enjoyed our visit to Whistler! The home was super clean and nicely layed our. We were created by someone who showed us everything we needed to know and he was great! The home was perfect for our weeklong stay w two families. Plenty of room to spread out. The location was a bit out of the way since the free shuttle did not come as far as this development. They were upfront about it in the listing. There is a pay shuttle at predetermined times however but we ended up renting a car so my husband could shuttle us all to the baselodges to ski. In the evenings the walk to the village for dinner was 10 minutes. Easy and safe sidewalks. Loved the underground parking!!! Really nice accommodations and the staff took care of our every need w a smile. Would return!

Fitzsimmons Walk

Only disappointment was lack of timely bus service to lifts, so ended up driving to Blackcomb on most days. The hot tub was absolutely discussing upon check in but property management to care of it pretty quickly.
