Do not hesitate! 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandmothers all had the best time. The layout made for ideal time with family and time alone. The screened in porch was truly the best.

Calming Cottage

This home was perfect in every way! Great layout, spacious, beautifully decorated, so inviting, cozy and comfortable. Very clean and well stocked will all the necessities and more. Gorgeous front and side porch to sit and relax in. Great location being just a 2.5 min drive to downtown New Buffalo and right off of route 12 that takes you to everything. Wendy was so easy to communicate with and very kind! We will definitely be back!

Summer 2024

This was the perfect house for our family. We had plenty of room to spread out and especially loved going to the community pool every day. Kevin and Wendy did a great job of making sure the house had everything we needed and were so responsive to any needs we had. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Family Vacation

After some challenges from VRBO in which the owner was very patient, the vacation home was terrific. Enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, screened in porch, fire pit and short walk to community pool. Wonderful time with family!

A Beautiful Home and Friendly Host

We had a fantastic week in New Buffalo. This home had everything you could want - the kitchen is well-stocked, the bedrooms are spacious with ample room for unpacking, everything was spotless, and there were multiple places to "hang out." We played games on the large table in the sunroom, enjoyed coffee on the screened porch, made smores around the firepit, and relaxed on the comfortable furniture in the living room. This was our second vacation to this property and we will certainly be back!

Absolutely Amazing Place!!!!

This was my best experience renting a place via an online website thus far! Everything from the cabin to the location to the neighborhood to the friendly host was amazing. Such a comfy place with exquisite attention to detail. The host went above and beyond in every respect.

Wonderful experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There is a ton of space to relax and spread out. The master bedroom was amazing with the spacious ensuite bathroom and the awesome balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed making s'mores by the fire pit every night. The screened in porch was a great place to have coffee in the morning. The community pool was a short walk away and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Communication from the owner, Wendy, was great from booking to check out. I honestly can't say enough about this place!

A nice quiet spot to get away

The house is in great shape and in a small neighborhood. Loved sitting on the screened in porch when at the house and the kids loved having pool access. It was a quick drive to town/beaches/ice cream and shops. Would stay there again!

An amazing getaway!

We spend a week most summers in New Buffalo and this has been our favorite cottage yet. It was spotless, well equipped, and perfectly homey. We had 5 adults and 3 children and this house fit us well. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch. The large dining table easily seats 8 for dinners and game nights. The kitchen had everything we could ever need. Wendy is a wonderful host. She was in contact upon check in and readily available if anything was needed. The pool was wonderful. It is large and not busy. The neighborhood is very wooded and private. It is very close to New Buffalo but feels very secluded and private. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Perfect house for our family vacation

We had so much fun staying here. The house was clean, comfortable, and came with everything we needed! The screened in porch was a great place for a relaxing morning coffee and we used the fire pit every night. I can't recommend this house enough!!

Great place!

This was a beautiful place to stay! House was exactly as depicted in pictures and description. Very clean (I consider myself picky about cleanliness). Well stocked kitchen and well organized. Enjoyed the outdoor area including the fire pit. Short walk to pool. Quiet neighborhood and close to town. Very convenient location. Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, great location, easy to work with

Had a terrific vacation in a beautiful, modern home. Very nice patio with great firepit. Great area with lots to do. Community pool was virtually our own, very few other guests when we were there. Owners very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly, highly recommend!

Perfect Stay!

This property is the best VRBO experience I have ever experienced. Extremely clean (I am super observant and everything was in perfect order; i.e. no hairs or anything else gross in the bathroom or bedrooms) frozen mugs in the freezer (needed a beer after a long drive), extra fans for the bedrooms (I get super hot at night) and good water pressure in the showers. The neighborhood was super quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch in the mornings and evenings. Great location to visit other attractions in the area. Super easy to take the train into Chicago too! Fantastic stay! Perfect for a family vacation.

Wonderful New Buffalo getaway

My family and I had a wonderful trip at Wendy’s property. The house was spotless, so cozy, and we had plenty of room to spread out. We especially enjoyed the screen porch and outdoor fire pit. The house feels like a cozy cabin in the woods but is just a short drive to downtown New Buffalo. A perfect fall getaway!

Great property, great location, super clean

This place is really great. Ideal location close to town and beach, with all of the amenities for a family. We really enjoyed our stay - the home was clean, had everything we needed, and was convenient. We hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful & Relaxing Stay

This is such a wonderful house! Very clean, fully stocked and comfortable. We loved the screened-in porch. It felt very private. The pool was lovely (and empty almost every time we were there). Perfect house for 1-2 families to stay. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely house in the woods.

The home was beautiful. It was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic. It is so close to downtown New Buffalo, but it feels like a cabin in the woods. The pool was a short walk, and we often had it to ourselves. It really was everything we wanted. And on top of all that, the owners are wonderful to work with. Very helpful in navigating these unusual times, great communication, attentive, and responsive. We would love to rent from them again!

Great Family Week

Great property in a secluded little area. Short distance to beach and shopping. Great pool access just a walk around the corner. We enjoyed our mornings on the screened porches reading with our favorite hot drink! Great patio area with plenty of seating. Large bedrooms with extra room! Great master bath with large tub for relaxing! Would definitely stay again!!

Great house, great pool!

Very comfortable and delightful home. Wonderfully decorated and up to date. House has all you'd want for a wonderful getaway -- clean and new gas grill, patio and fire pit, really cozy and bright sunroom for meals, games, or just reading. Neighborhood pool (with perfect temperature) was a short walk around the corner and we basically had it to ourselves the entire time. Hosts were quick to respond to any question, and everything was exactly as described. Simply a delight!
