We have a collection of 44 properties, they are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, townhouses and terraces in inner Melbourne areas which are close or right next to the CBD.

Relax Apartments specialise in 14nights+ and even up to 1, 2 ,3+ months if you so require.

INNER MELBOURNE LOCATIONS such as:

ST KILDA / SOUTH BANK / SOUTH YARRA / EAST MELBOURNE / RICHMOND / SOUTH MELBOURNE / FITZROY / ELWOOD

Large majority properties include:

✅Next to or very close to public transport ( Train / Tram)

As short stay apartments, our rates are built on twin share (ie. 1 bedroom: 2 guests, 2 bedrooms: 4 guests and so on.

Rates start from:

- More basic 2bedroom $189/per person per week (4 person occupancy)
- Premium 2bedroom $239/per person per week (4 person occupancy)
- Premium larger 2bedroom, 2bathroom ($249/per person per week (4 person occupancy)
- Premium x large 3bedroom, 2bathroom ($204per person per week) (6 person occupancy)

Rates are cheaper (per head rate) if you have extra guests staying. Please note: rates are subject to supply and demand / seasonal fluctuation, especially during peak periods on and off throughout the year.

Guests have access to the whole property, please feel at home!

*Early check-ins before 10 AM: $25 surcharge

*Very late check-ins after 10 PM ($25 surcharge - late night/overnight staff have to be on call)

PETS: Incur extra from, $25 Surcharge/Stay Fee (can be higher for long stays) Must have permission in writing in your booking for Pets (most buildings accept pets but case by case)

KEY COLLECTION: Lockbox will be provided for 24/7/AH check-in service.

Use of the apartment is subject to building rules and we require all our guests to fill out encrypted ID verification and Terms and Conditions form either in person when you check-in, or online if you're self-checking in.
