New house fully furnished with 1 large bedroom containing 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Large living room with a sofa that converts to double bed and another 2 seater sofa, fireplace, TV with satellite dish and DVD and privileged view from the living room to the mountain. Dining room, equipped kitchen and all utensils, 1 large bathroom and laundry area. Balcony with barbecue and deck. Backyard with lawn, covered garage and in the background passes a very clean river. The house is located just 1km from the center of SFX.

Perfeito

O imóvel fica muito bem localizado. Dentro de um pequeno condomínio com mata para trilha e um riozinho bem próximo, além de uma cafeteria que dá para ir a pé e tem muitas opções de refeição. A proprietária foi muito atenciosa do início ao fim da estadia, fornecendo todas as informações , itens básicos para estadia e alguns agrados para a família. A casa estava muito limpa e possui um quintal bem agradável junto à natureza.
