The house is surrounded by a sunny, secluded, enclosed garden. In the lovingly landscaped garden there is a high-quality cozy beach chair and a wooden terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture (table with 4 chairs) and invites you to sunbathe. The garden offers enough space for your children to play.
A parking space is available in front of the house.
The sea dike with a beach crossing can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. Numerous shops, such as bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, rehabilitation clinics and the train station can be reached quickly thanks to the central yet very quiet location.

The ground floor consists of a spacious entrance area and spacious living room with a new cozy seating area with ottoman, FullHD flat screen TV, Google Chromcast Streaming Player, Blu-ray player, music system with CD and open kitchen with dining area. The modern kitchen is equipped with a high-quality stove with ceramic hob and convection oven, a built-in fridge with freezer compartment, a built-in microwave and a dishwasher. A high-quality children's high chair from Stokke is also available. There is also a high chair for small children in the house. The stairs can also be secured with stair bars. The modern, light-flooded bathroom with shower is also on the ground floor. The window is fitted with insect screens. The entire ground floor is tiled for allergy sufferers and equipped with underfloor heating. The windows have external shutters.
