A Casa di Lia - Apartment in the heart of Naples near Underground

Private flat of 700 sq ft (65 m²) totally restructured in a historic palace of the nineteenth century. Situated into the Sanità District, central and rich of culture and elegant locals, the house is really near to the central underground’s stops “Museo” and “Cavour” (Five minutes walk).

The space has one bedroom, with a large and comfortable bed, one private bathroom and a great living zone, with a modern kitchen, a television and a convertible sofa. 

The flat is light, modern and quite, thanks to its position at the third floor.

Our flat has a private access and detached with a reinforced door in an historical edifice without the elevator. Indoor spaces are airy and bright: big windows with balcony illuminate each room of the house. Finely restructured, the flat has heating for the winter season and fans for the summer season. Into the kitchen, usable for the guests, there are all objects for cook and eat, like dishes, glasses and crockery. There are free WI-FI and a television. Into the private bathroom there’s also a unique shower. 

We manage our house privately in family and we are so cosy. We speak: English, French, Italian and Spanish!. We can give all touristic and cultural information you need: we’re ready for every necessity. We will welcome you personally and for relevant requirements. For the other stuffs our phones are always on!.

Sanitá District is an historic and central point in Naples' culture: rich of art, culture and traditional food. At Sanitá, it will be possible live in the popular soul and tradition of the city. Monuments like Cimitero delle Fontanelle, Capodimonte's Museum and Park, National Museum and Toledo District are joinable on foot. Not so far from our flat, there's one of the most famous Neapolitan's Pizzeria, called Concettina ai tre santi and Poppella, a bakery store where cakes and sweets are their best products. We're really close to supermarket and groceries!

The center of Naples is fully visitable on foot and so near from our flat. Just five minutes on foot is the distance in order to arrive to the underground. Public buses' station is just 20 meters far and the elevator for "Capodimonte" just 100 meters. The house is linked with the central station, the airport and the port. The famous seafront, Plebiscito Square and the beach district are near and easily attainable (just three metro stops).
