Why Grainne or Tim. chose Inchicore
We chose this location because of close proximity to downtown Dublin. We loved the period red brick property with large rooms. Fantastic large enclosed rear which is very private and unusual for a city centre property. Easy access to any part of the countryside and still only 10 minutes from downtown. Nice residential old part of Dublin with true Dublin characters in abundance. Settled community with lots of nice neighbors whom you can be sure will speak to you if you bump into them. All facilities such as banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, butchers, gas station, restaurants, pubs, hair and beauty salons, dry cleaners, etc on the street. Super public transport with the Luas and Dublin bus.
What makes this Apartment unique
The most unique benefit is the location. Only 10 minutes from downtown Dublin with that real at home feeling when you arrive back after your day out. The house was built in the 1800's and has a lovely spacious and tranquil feeling to it. In the Summer time, we enjoyed many barbecues out back, and found it peaceful and quiet. One huge benefit and highly unusual in a city apartment is the amount of both indoor and outdoor space.

Great place central location
We had a great stay in Dublin. Our apt was centrally located and it was easy to travel from there
Perfect place for us in Dublin!
A small apartment in Dublin that was perfect for my wife and I. We drove from Shannon and the directions given were precise and easy to follow. The apartment was just like the pictures and was well equipped. We met Valerie, who provided excellent sight-seeing information as well as suggestions for day trips. Bus and tram in Dublin was close by and easy to use. Would recommend this apartment for couples or small families. We will book this again on our next trip to Dublin.
Enjoyed our stay, it was close to the red line hop on hop off bus tours which was convient. Cute little place!
Loved this place. Great location to public transport. There are grocery stores near by and a couple restaurants. Owners are super helpful and respond to emails very quick. Would definitely recommend this place.
Lovely furnished apartment, clean and well equipped, plus easy acces to public transport.
Not suitable for 4 adults. The sofa bed was far too uncomfortable for 2 adults, okay for young children. Also, you only had access to the bathroom through the main bedroom.
Satisfied Return Customers
We stayed at Tigh Tirconaill Dublin Vacation rentals in October 2015 and now again in October 2016. This is an excellent location with the LUAS transit just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Then it's a 15 minute ride to City Centre. We stayed in he Padraig Pearse (larger) last year and the Grace Gifford Cottage (smaller) this time around. Recommend either one depending on how much room you need. As usual, Valerie was very accommodating and kept a close watch on us. Bottom line is that we would have no reason to look elsewhere for a place to stay the next time we visit Ireland.
