Balboa Escape est situé au milieu de la péninsule et à un demi-pâté de maisons de la plage ou de la baie. Balboa Ferry, Catalina Flyer et de nombreux restaurants sont à quelques pas. Les locations de vélos les plus proches sont à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons. Cet appartement vient d'être mis à jour avec une nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée, armoires, comptoirs en granit, appareils électroménagers, fenêtres, climatisation et revêtements de sol. Les serviettes de plage sont fournies. Il est clair et aéré avec beaucoup de fenêtres. Il s'agit d'un appartement au 2ème étage et le plus grand de cet immeuble de 4 appartements. Il a un lit de capitaines queen size confortable dans la chambre à coucher avec rangement en dessous et une commode et un placard. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen-size et il y a un coffre pour le rangement et un placard dans le salon. Nouvelle Smart TV avec câble et WiFi gratuit. Il y a un espace de stationnement de garage pour une voiture sous-compacte. Il y a des chaises de plage et des planches de boogie dans le garage. La laverie à pièces est située dans le garage. Il y a un patio commun avec table et chaises et un gril à gaz Weber. C'est un endroit parfait pour un séjour de détente à la plage. Aucun animal n'est autorisé sur les lieux en raison d'allergies. Un escalier doit être monté pour accéder à cet appartement.

pleasant stay at this apartment - perfect for two, but could fit a small family. Kitchen very well equipped. Just two blocks from the sand - perfect location for beach activities. Stairs to enter this particular unit, so o.k. for those without accessibility concerns.

Great place for a beach getaway

Very clean tidy property with all the amenities you could need. A very short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We hired bikes and were able to bike to Huntington and Sunset Beaches. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would stay again.

The apartment was great! Very comfortable and clean. Close to the beach. Garage access worked well. Small garage so small car a must. The apartment had everything we needed. Great stay!

great access to the beach and never had an issue with parking in front (Thank God).Air conditioning was a great benefit but the the units need to be cleaned I guess becasue there is an ever present musty smell or maybe it comes from the water leak issue that is below the unit in the garage??

Hello Tom, I am sorry about that I wish you had let me know of this concern. I am not aware of any water leak issue not sure why you were thinking there was an issue? I will Check into that. And also talk to the cleaners. If you had let me know of a cleaning issue I could have had them back out to clean.

Great Location

The apartment was perfect for our stay in the Newport/Balboa area. Very clean and new feeling, with great location to beach and marina. Garage is not useable for parking unless you drive a smart car, but was nice to have for storage during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Aamazing location and fantastic apartment

The location is awesome - walking distance to the beach and other Balboa spots, including restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was fully equipped with anything one would need during a holiday visit. The stairs are a bit steep, but other than that, it's perfect.

Great One Bedroom!

Very nice upstairs unit, super clean, well-stocked, great kitchen, and friendly & attentive hosts. The location is about a mile south of the Baloba pier and is steps away from both the ocean and the harbor. Second story unit had beautiful lighting and views of the harbor. Would stay here again!
