Beautiful Villa with ocean view and private beach in a well-situated, family-friendly condominium in the Hotel Zone.

5 minutes from Marina Town Puerto Cancun Shopping Center and Beach Club Puerto Cancun​​​. 15 minutes away from the city center and hotel zone where you can find great restaurants, shopping malls, ​and activities.

I´ll be available 24/7 via email or chat for anything you need the entirety of your stay! There will be a person on-call if there is any issue that needs immediate and personal assistance​. ​​

This neighborhood enjoys an amazing location, it is in​ the middle of everything! It is a safe neighborhood with nearby parks , grocery stores, restaurants, and many amenities​. ​​​​​​

There are ​good walking routes located ​ right outside the ​house into the main street. Public Bus located ​ 5-min walking distance from the house. Private transportation such as Taxis and Uber and Cabify services are also available. ​​​

Exceded our expectations

We've rented vacation homes in Cancun/Playa several times.  These is by far the best.  The photos are 100% accurate and the house is actually very comfortable with very good appliances and well equipped.  Very good quality furniture and linens and nice interior design with quality furniture.  It is a gated community with good parking. Ivonne is very responsive and kind.  Thank you Ivonne for everything, we had a wonderful family vacation.
