Here is waiting for you one house of 225 m2 in terrain of 960 m2.
Our house is located in the best urbanization of Lloret de Mar – La Montgoda, which have amazing beach only 3 min walking, two swimming pools (one special for child´s), special relax garden and place for child’s and also tennis courts.
The center of the town is 10 minutes away from the house by feet.

Our Villa have a very nice view to the sea.
There are 5 rooms. One is exclusive suite room, the other two are queen bed, one double room and one single room with one an optional bed. Two showers and three toilet rooms, big dining room with fireplace, big fully fitted kitchen, laundry room and big terraces. So it can easily accommodate 10 people.
House orientation is south-east, so we have sun during all the day.

Linens and towels are included in the price in case weeks rental.
Please note that it is in a residential area and we are good friends with our neighbours so we don't want to upset them with loud music or parties.
