Cette élégante villa de 3 chambres et 3,5 salles de bains est située sur le front de mer de Playacar, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre de Playa del Carmen. La Casa Martini propose une piscine extérieure privée, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, une blanchisserie et un parking gratuit.

La Casa Martini dispose d'une terrasse au bord de la piscine avec des chaises longues et un coin repas. Le salon dispose d'une télévision connectée par cùble à écran plat, tandis que la cuisine comprend un four, un grille-pain, un réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes et une cafetiÚre.
Trois chambres avec salle de bains, chambre principale et chambres d'hĂŽtes avec lit king size, et la troisiĂšme chambre avec deux lits qui peuvent ĂȘtre rĂ©unis sur demande.

Peaceful Getaway

My family & I loved this house on the beach. It’s very close to the water, quiet neighborhood & we always felt safe. The patio is perfect for watching the sunrise & the host is very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Casa Martini A Great Place To Stay

We stayed at Casa Martini in Playa del Carmen and found the home to be in a beautiful setting. It was comfortable, nicely appointed, and made for a relaxing stay. I had two minor requests during our visit, and the property manager responded promptly—both were taken care of within three hours. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Great location

Great location, comfortable beds, shady trees on the beach. It was a wonderful week. Kitchen and cooking tools are a bit dated and worn, but still functional for fun family dinners outside.

Romantic getaway

This property is absolutely incredible! The house has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The pool is great. It was a little chilly as it is in the shade most of the day. There's always lounge chairs in the sun no matter what time of day. I would have liked less people stopping by because we wanted privacy. Housekeeping twice and landscaper/ pool maintenance twice in seven days. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation in a perfect home.

Perfect Location

Beautiful house and pool on a gorgeous beach. Easy check in and reliable communication from host. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the house to town.

Great location

This is my 2nd trip to this house. We love the location and the house layout. There could be a few things to upgrade but I understand the house was just sold so I am assume the new owners may remodel it. I hope to visit again.

The house was clean, comfortable and in a safe area in Playacar Phase 1. Had to go through security to access property. If the beach was any closer you would be wet. Love Casa Martini!!

A perfect spot

The home and view were absolutely beautiful as pictured. We enjoyed a week with this amazing view and felt right at home. The kitchen had everything that you would need or want to cook meals. You can easily walk into town or go for long walks on the beach through both neighborhoods and resort areas. All in all a truly wonderful experience!

LOOK NO FURTHER

This was one of the most spectacular houses and locations I have ever been to. We walked the whole beach and there was no other house that I would have preferred. and communication with the owner was very prompt. look no further....

Amazing

We travel every year from Christmas to New Years, and this just may have been our favorite! Everything was amazing. You cannot beat the location. Step off the back deck and you're on an amazing beach with incredibly soft sand. We walked up and down the beach and we all agreed this was the best spot. Very short ride to town if you want all the fun that 5th ave has to offer. The accommodations were great as well. Spacious house with everything we needed. We've already booked our trip for next year!

Once upon a time in Casa Martini

Wow. Words can’t describe the incredible time we had here. My group included my husband, our 17 month old daughter, my sister, and my parents. Our host was beyond accommodating; from providing roundtrip transportation to and from the airport, towels/beach towels, all the kitchen utensils we needed, etc. and the view was impeccable. The entire neighborhood is beautiful and safe, with a quick walk to downtown Playa. We can’t wait to return to Casa Martini!

Clean Home and Great Location

Check in process was quick and easy! If we had an issue which was just once, they were quick to respond and take care of it! Loved the drinking water they have delivered to the house so we didn’t have to worry about that. The house was clean, AC ran appropriately, loved being right on the beach! A nice surprise was having a house keeper come half way through the week to touch up the house, and make beds! There are jet skis/banana boats just a walk down the beach. A man walked by selling fresh coconuts- have pesos ready! Truly a dream to sit in the pool and sip on fresh coconut water! The beach has some rocks that you need to pass through to get a little deeper so be warned. If you have kiddos, bring some water shoes for them. We used their chef Daveed service referral the first night- but it was super expensive $350 for 6 and the food was below average. Too many great restaurants just a 10 minute drive where the food is elevated at more than half the cost. Primo was fresh, excellent, and memorable / $200 for the 6 adults. Overall, enjoyable and would come again!

Perfect Playacar Villa!

The vill and location and absolutely perfect. We wanted to be in Playacar Fase1, and walking distance to town. The villa is beautiful, and the views are out of this world. The team managing the property went above and beyond to meet our needs. The cleaners came regularly, and one of the several AC units leaked a bit of water, and there was someone there within an hour to take care of it. I cant think of a single negative thing to say about my experience other then I had to leave to go back to the real world. My only hesitation in writing this review, was purely selfish, I didn't want this villa to be more popular then it already is and make it more difficult for myself to rent in the future. My wife, and better half, informed me that it would be wrong and selfish considering the exceptional experience we had and treatment we received during our stay to not leave a review reflecting our experience. lol Also we had our 3 year old daughter with us and there is a small area of beach between the infinity pool and the hedges that mark the area where the public beach and that area provided a perfect area for her to play with her beach toys, while we could keep an eye on her from the deck and pool area. As much as it pains me to say it for my own selfish reasons, I cant imagine a perfect rental property in Playa and would not hesitate to rent it again!

Perfect Location with Gorgeous views, but overall comfort a bit lacking...

The best part of this home is the amazing views and great walkable location. We came for a girls trip, with 5 ladies total. You walk in and will be captured by the amazing views of blue waters. The host was very communicative, but after our first night sleep we reached out to see if there was any way to make the Master Bed more comfortable, and explained it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. We even sent her ideas of a foam topper, which is less than $100. She wasnt willing/able to provide anything to help. Needless to say, two of us ended up sleeping on the sofa because of how uncomfortable the bed was. The other down side was that the pool is heavily shaded under trees, so we rarely went in it since it was cold and shady. Lastly, the house next door is under heavy construction, which is not the hosts fault, but some communication or warning that we would be hearing saws/nail guns/ and have a full construction crew next door from 8am to 6 would have been appreciated. Other than that, it was a lovelh updated home in a great location. Highly suggest the host purchases a new Master Bed mattress that is softer, and also updgrade the vanity lighting at the bathrooms as it is poorly lit.

Unglaublich tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Das Seegras wurde morgens von diversen Angestellten entfernt, nicht vollstĂ€ndig aber zum grössten Teil. In das Wasser konnte man ein paar Meter seitlich - direkt vor dem Haus sind relativ viele Steine die recht rutschig sind. Es ist möglich aber in unseren Augen riskant
 deswegen sind wir ein paar Meter gelaufen. und dort war es völlig unkompliziert. Das Haus ist riesig und top ausgestattet. Die KĂŒche bietet alle möglichen Utensilien. Lediglich der WLAN Empfang im hintersten Schlafzimmer ist recht bis sehr schlecht, trotz diverser Router. Aber gut. Ansonsten ein Traum, Melina hat uns super umsorgt, war immer ansprechbar und hat sofort reagiert.

Lovely stay

We had a great time and loved the property. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi not working at one point and did the grocery pick up and we’re missing a few items, but Mercedes was quick to respond and fix the issue. We’d definitely stay here again.

Casa Martini

Casa Martini is a great house with a great location. We were a group of 6 (3 couples) so it was great that each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Some of the outdoor furniture is a bit worn as well as the kitchen but the views, access to the beach, large bedrooms, huge kitchen were outstanding. Very easy for entertaining. Thanks!

Oceanfront Playacar beach house

Spent a week here with family (husband and 3 kids -ages 4, 4 and 7). Phenomenal time was had by all. Great location - oceanfront, tucked away in a very safe-feeling neighborhood, and walking distance to town. Kids loved the pool and inflatable rafts. Beach had a fair amount of seaweed but I understand this varies throughout the year. Host and staff were excellent - very receptive to questions, but also respected our privacy. We were unable to get the WiFi to work but did not investigate this as we were here for vacation and didn't really need it. Had an amazing time and would definitely return!

Amazing Playacar Beach Front Home

Stayed here with my Husband and two daughters, 2 and 14 years. The location and the layout are perfect. We have stayed in two other Playacar beach front homes and this one has the most privacy by far. It is also further away from the town, so there are less people out in front of the home. The ocean is very shallow in front of the home which is perfect for little ones to play in, also very warm. Communication with the host was very prompt and resourceful. The home itself is upscale, it was nice not having a daily maid service, I love my privacy. My only complaint is I wish the pool was warmer but that pretty typical of all these homes. We hope to come back and stay for longer next time!!
