Completely renovated king master suite nestled onto the 2nd floor of a renovated barn. Private 2nd floor covered patio with table and chairs to enjoy coffee (keurig) and wine. Beautiful new bathroom. Peaceful and quiet setting just 1 mile from the wine and brewery trail. 1 mile from Hiking trails and 10 miles into the heart of Watkins glen and the state park. Come here to get away from it all!

We do have a recently renovated 1st floor if this one is not available, please find on Airbnb cherry blossom hill 1st floor. This could also be used for a family that would like 2 units or 2 couples.

We enjoyed our time at the property. The room was nicely decorated. We enjoyed having an outside fire both nights we stayed there, as well as cooking out on the propane grill.

Away from the crowds, but close enough to get to Watkins Glen and even Ithaca. Lots of activities. Clean and comfortable. Great host.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well-maintained. It's situated in pretty farm country. The property is off the main road so it's very quiet. You wake up to birds chirping. The yard area is welcoming and a nice place to relax on the lawn chairs. There are mowed trails through the tall grass by the property that are fun to walk through. We will definitely return when we are in the area. One word of caution: there's a big tree stump to the right of the car path as you approach the parking area; if you're unfamiliar with the property at night, you might bump into it unless you look out for it.

Perfect getaway for two

This spot was perfect for a quick getaway. We loved how secluded it was tucked away off the road, offering plenty of peace and privacy. Great place

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was exactly as described. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck at night and watching the fireflies. We even had a nice visit from a friendly cat who sat with us. I would suggest adding a corkscrew to the kitchen as the rental is in wine country, and maybe a lighter so we could have enjoyed the citronella candle that was provided. We would absolutely stay again.

Perfect getaway that is tucked in the middle of everything

The location of this property was perfect for our trip. Wineries, waterfalls, hiking, shopping, relaxing, that was the plan. Everything was great. Something to note, that was not a deal breaker, but worthy of notation, there is no couch. So if you are rained in (we were) you can snuggle in bed and watch tv. After a few hours, we realized that the bed was very firm. So if you love a firm bed, this is perfect for you. We enjoy a soft mattress topper so our sleep was a little less comfortable than we preferred. Again, not a deal breaker. Our downstairs neighbors were quiet and the only sounds we heard besides an occasional car doors were cows and birds. We love that! Thank you for the great experience, we look forward to our return.

Wine & walk weekend

Quiet and calming location. Close drive to town. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and listening to the birds w coffee in the morning and laying out on the chaise lounges watching the stars at night. Furnishings were comfortable and adequate with nice homey touches. I did miss having a place to hang things but noticed the hangers and multi function hooks the last day. We also spent a few hours with the quests downstairs having wine, snacks & conversation. I would stay there again.

Wonderful Experience

This was exactly where I wanted to stay near my hometown. Quiet and secluded with a porch to drink my coffee in the morning listening to the birds and enjoying the cool morning air. Exceptionally clean and my favorite part was the amazing mattress and comfy robes. Thank you so much for everything!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It’s perfect for a little getaway. It’s private and super clean and has everything you need. The location is great if you want to spend some time in Watkins Glen and in Ithaca.

Charming

It was a charming space, with attention to aesthetic details. Very peaceful, in a lovely location. A few “not so crazy abouts…” Bed had alot lovely decorative pillows, however, the actual sleeping pillows were hard and felt cheap. The sheets were also uncomfortable. And the room felt humid and sticky, despite the air conditioner continually running. So sleeping was a challenge. If I book again, I would bring my own pillows and sheets.
