The property itself is beautiful and spacious. We had 14 people (including a 1yr old, 3 yr old and 6 yr old) stay and a few more family members visit during the day and it had enough space for all of us. A few suggestions tho: 1. please clean the bat poop in the gazebo 2. please provide dish rags for cleaning the kitchen (there were some fluffy towels there that wasn't quite right for cleaning) 3. please add a handrail on the stairs 4. the sofa in the family room has a rip and can get worse if not fixed 5. my electrician brother-in-law said you should get the ceiling fan in the family room checked 6. the shower in the primary room's ensuite goes from very warm to crazy hot, the coolest was way too hot, please look into it. That would be it so far. The owner is very easy going and easy to deal with. I LOVED our stay here, this was our baby's first vacation and it was lovely. Me and family members kept talking about if we win the lottery and wants to be away from people we would buy out that house. It was that nice. So many bedrooms and they were really nice. Note: the 3 bedrooms in the basement did not have AC, it was really cool down there though so it was not needed. It was late August and it was nice and cool during the day so we dont know how it would be during really hot days. Thank you!

Great property! As described in listing. Provisions were even on hand which was very helpful, thank you! My grandkids enjoyed the loft spaces and back yard. We all enjoyed the game rooms. We had some family challenges all week long! We visited a nearby lavender farm and Clear Lake. Also quick responses to our questions or needs. Thank you for our wonderful family vacation!

A nice big cabin with lots of rooms, beds, entertainment and outside space to play games with a couple little trails through the woods for a go cart to ride. 15 minute drive from Clear Lake

Perfect Large Family Get Away!

This property was everything we could have imagined for our 13 adults/kids and 3 dogs! Host was quick to get back and property was perfect. We arrived to find a Christmas tree all decorated to start off our family Christmas weekend! Planning on staying here again as the accommodations were perfect for all the adults to have their own room and the cousins(kids) to bunk together for some quality time!!!

Up North Relaxation

This property was a great location for our group of friends to get together. The house feels isolated even though it is not far from the highway. Plenty of parking space, a very well stocked kitchen, multiple gathering spaces, and comfortable rooms.

Amazing property!

Tons of space for a large family. We had 13 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 infant and we never felt cramped in this house. Large game room was a major plus! We will definitely be ataying here again.

Great Stay

The entire family stayed to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas all together! There was plenty of room for all 14 of us, along with plenty of activities for the kids. The kitchen was stocked, but definitely could use better frying pans and bakeware of some sort. We had to make a quick run for aluminum pans to use in the oven. We also were unable to locate any dish cloths and there was only one dish towel. All in all…it was a great time spent with family.

Fantastic family home

Multiple generational family enjoyed this home for a week and engaged in local activities such as viewing elk, jeep trail riding, kayaking and fishing. Wonderful experience
