Paradise Landing Resort vacation rentals

Our very large family group (22 adults & kids) used these three properties for a Christmas family reunion. The lodge, cabin & barn provided many different bedding and layouts to satisfy everyone's needs. The hosts/owners & property manager were phenomenal. They were always ready and happy to assist with any issue or question, no matter how big or small. There was a very tiny hiccup with check-in information not being sent but I think that was a Vrbo hiccup more so than anything else. The owners resolved it immediately.The owners had all three properties decorated for the holidays, provided supplies for smores by the fire, and gave us free access to their golf cart for shuttling back and forth. They also graciously offered any extra supplies we may have been low on like toiletries, paper towels, etc...We couldn't have asked for anything better.I can definitely recommend the owners and the properties to anyone looking for a great vacation home spot in the Smoky Mountain area - well situated between Biltmore and all the activities in Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg.

The property was beautiful, the lodge had everything we needed! The owners / property manager were attentive to our needs while giving us privacy. We had a perfect, cozy 5th anniversary trip. Our two dogs loved it too…:)

Beautiful place. Great communication. Long hill to boat dock however you can take UTV or drive truck down. We gave someone near money to store boat trailer. Awesome vacation!

Poppy's Place is a wonderful cabin with great views! We spent Christmas of 2023 there and had a great time! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and came with everything we needed!! The hosts were great with communication and replied to each text message we sent when we had questions. Wonderful welcome items were waiting for us at the cabin when we arrived and the whole process was easy. I would recommended this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain vacation!! 5 stars!!!

We stayed in this property for the Christmas and New Years 2023, my family loved the idea of staying in a property next to the lake (unfortunately the city drained all water during fall/winter). Mornings and nights are very pleasant in this place because you see clear skies and beautiful sunrises... Something that needs to be addressed to the renters is that the water running in the house comes from a well and needs to run all faucets for 10 mins to get rid out of the smell also a lots of spider webs in ceiling corners other than that we had the best experience in this place.... the closest grocery shop is 20 mins away, big grocery shop (WM) is 25 mins away, gas station 5 mins, Gatlinburg 35 mins, Pigeon Forge 35 - 45 mins depending on traffic... Thanks to our host for the fast communication and welcoming !!!! We definitely reccomend this property and we are planning to come back this year 2024!!!

The place was great they thought of everything. Very clean. Just may want to give guest a heads up on steep drive. We may have missed on our end. The place is wonderful and has everything and more!!!

great stay. weather was great. the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. cute little town near by

The house was well equipped. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. The kayaks and canoe we quite the bonus! We got a lot of use out of the fire pit area and ping pong. Great place to stay.
