Slightly misleading

Air conditioned was only second floor and could only be set as low as 70 or unit would freeze making the downstairs very warm. Close to 80*. The hot water is VERY limited. The kitchen sink takes forever to get hot water. Service is almost non existent and wifi is very temperamental. Close to mayflower and many local stores. Cottage is tiny and in the back of the real estate building with an attached breezeway. Was private but the yard was kind of a mess.

Great Cottage!

The cottage was perfect size for me and my girlfriend. The downstairs was cozy and clean and the upstairs was perfect size! The cottage was minutes to Mayflower beach and plenty of good restaurants! We had a great time!

Fine location, not comfortable.

The listing resembled the pictures accurately and check in/out was smooth though I found the property to be a bit scraggly outside and hard to navigate inside if you are tall (upstairs ceilings and shower are not great for height). Good to note the a/c was only in the upstairs portion and the entire unit was extremely damp. A dehumidifier would have solved a lot of that issue but it left clothes and bedding feeling wet and most of the stay I had a general level of discomfort. I did not find the linen cleanliness to be in line with the price you’re paying to stay here and basics like hand soap in the bathroom were not present. Overall I thought this place was not comfortable and pricey for what you get. If you’re not going to stay in the unit at all maybe you’d be fine but we had a few rainy days.

Location was perfect. The property is great for 2. We spent most of our time at the beach so the unit was a great place to crash after.

Just right.

The cottage was the perfect place to station from while exploring up and down the cape. It’s not clear on a couple of the sources we checked, but linens are provided! The website isn’t clear about that. Happily the owner of the realty company who rents out the cottage was there to clear that up. You don’t need linens. The cottage is very well stocked kitchen to bathroom.

Perfect for visiting family close by

Our typical hotel for our yearly trip to spend time with family on Mayflower was booked. This cottage was an option and it worked out perfectly. We didn't spend much time there, but it was the perfect place to be when we needed it. Thanks for the hospitality!

Close to beaches and great restaurants. Good choice for one or two short to medium height people :) Some of the dormered ceilings are a little low.

Quaint Getaway

Location was great, walking distance to many things including beach if you don’t mind a short trek. Apartment was as advertised. As far as cleanliness, it was decent but the window sills could have used a wash. Okay for two but probably better for one if you need more space! Loft sleeping was a little tough due to the angle of the ceilings. Outdoor area was a little rough. Could use a good power wash but all in all a good stay!

Excellent mid-Cape crash-pad for couples.

Excellent location for exploring the mid-Cape area, or beyond. Many nearby options to choose from for food and treats, as well as great beaches, parks and landmarks. The property itself is nice. Plenty of privacy, despite being attached to a business. It is clean and tastefully decorated. *The stairs to the loft are tight and narrow. We didn't have any isdue but

Very cute apartment, perfect for one person. Close to beaches and activities mid-Cape. I left a message that was returned very quickly. I would note that the stairs to the loft are narrow, so they could be difficult if you have mobility issues.

The Cottage

Adorable and compact, we had access to all the cape has to offer. A few small businesses in walking distance, and a short drive to everything else. They do conduct business during the day in the attached real estate office, but it’s not bothersome, it felt quiet and private.

Great cottage centrally located on the Cape!

We really loved the little cottage and the location is great. Right by the Dennis Public Market, some shops and Captain Frosty's, you can't go wrong! It's a nice quiet location and near the beach :)

Great location on the cape

This cottage is so charming and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a week long stay. We loved staying here! Dennis is a lovely community with great beaches. Chris and Christine in the rental office were very helpful.

Description true to space, Washing machine and dryer were a plus! granted that Dennis is a small town this spot is conveniently located, really enjoyed our stay. It’s true that you can hear the street and people in office, but wasn’t an issue.

Great location for enjoying Dennis

This is a perfect location for exploring Dennis and the Cape. Very comfortable for a couple. We took advantage of the grill on the patio. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery store and the Village Coffee Shop.

Cute Cottage Great for Couples

Overall, we enjoyed staying at this rental! The Foran team was very responsive throughout the entire duration of our stay and the check in process was a breeze. The only cons were the following: we pretty consistently found bugs & spiders in the apt (may just be a Cape Cod thing?), and that the ceilings are relatively low in the bedroom area. Other important things to note are that this apt is attached to the rental building for Foran (not necessarily a con — we felt we had more than enough privacy and there is a cute deck with a grill in the back) and that it is off of a somewhat busy street (also not a con to us — we were walking distance away from many restaurants & shops). We would gladly stay here again!
