This was a wonderful place for a weekend away. We took our two month old and it was the perfect environment for a relaxing stay. It was close to all the look outs and the property itself was beautiful. The owners were welcoming and made it feel like home! We will be going back!

Love the Ranch
We had a great time at Ranch. Owners were very nice. Loved all the animals. They had just gotten piglets. Told them they needed baby goats. Cabins were very nice. Stayed at the Matt Dillon cabin. We will be going there again.
This is an absolute must! If you like glamping this is your stop! Very relaxing, very clean and very hospitable hosts. The animals on the property or amazing and love to come by your porch and say hello! I would only say it would be nice if they had AC in the units maybe a wall unit.. it was cool most nights but one night was very humid and very hot and it was very hard to sleep. They do provide fans but I would suggest you bring your own as well. But other than that everything was absolutely wonderful and I know they are doing upgrades constantly.
Quiet stay. No one to bother us or be noisy. Property was extremely muddy, cabin was dirty and pictures of cabin on website did not match actual cabin features. Owners very friendly.
Cabin was clean, updated and in good shape. The property was well maintained. There are horses, pigs, cats, dogs and chickens that are used to visitors and like to greet guests. There are numerous cabins situated such that you can interact with other guest but we were there off season and had the property to ourselves.
There’s no heat or a/c, the nights were cold, luckily we had a small fan/heater with us that I use for white noise. The bed is uncomfortable which is bad because that’s basically what we needed the cabin for, sleeping, since we were out doing things all day. And there was a big picture hanging above the bed that came off the wall and fell on us un the middle of the night. Luckily it was a very light weight picture and didn’t hurt. There is plenty of hot water. I enjoyed the critters on the property, horses, pigs, chickens, cats, turkeys.
The only problem we we had were that the mattress was very poor and no air conditioning in cabin. If I had know the mattress was so bad I would have brought an air bed with us.

This was super adorable. The owners are are extremely nice and very kind. The free range of wildlife is so relaxing and the horses are beautiful. I recommend staying with them
Great for families and children for relaxation and exploring range life. You will meet many free running animals to like Thanksgiving and Christmas - the White Turkeys… Thanksgiving will meet you when you arrive. Many kittens, chickens, dogs, and much more. Loved our stay!!! We stayed with temps on the 70th and 80th which was fine, but when humidity set in it started to get steamy in the cabin even with two fans running. The owners are super nice and you can listen to many stories they they will share about their getting their and about all their animals that they love. This place was listed as expected.
Urban Saddle Ranch is a nice quiet property to get away from busy life. My boys and I arrived for 2 nights to fish at Raystown Lake. The cabin was clean and check in was painless. The ranch was close to the main road but up the mountain enough you heard no traffic. The ranch was in a great location close to a boat launch where you can fish or go floating. Close to the hydroelectric dam spillway for more fishing or the lookout at the top of the dam for nice views of the lake. The cabin had a bbq grill outside so you done heat up the cabin cooking. The fire ring is a nice touch and big for a nice fire to relax and catch up. The chairs outside are nice and well made to sit and pass the time. The horses aren't the only animals you may see here, while returning from the lake we saw many deer walking through the property. The cabins may not have ac but fan provided. We keep the windows open and with the nice weather at night we were able to get a good nice sleep.

Perfect Weekend Retreat
Wonderful quaint cabins overlooking horse pastures and a pond made for a great relaxing weekend. The owners of Urban Saddle Ranch were friendly and very welcoming. We can’t wait to go back in the fall!
This was everything we hoped for! Needed to relax away from the everyday routine that had to include our new pup and the ranch did not disappoint!! We will be visiting again.
My 19 month old son loved the animals and watching the tractors. The cabin was cozy and clean. It’s also in a great location! Very close to Huntingdon and Raystown lake.
Location was perfect as we were less than 10 minutes from the water. Bob and Monique were very friendly and felt welcomed immediately. The property was exactly what we needed for the weekend.
Went on a vacation to go fishing and wasn't allowed to keep my boat anywhere near my cabin they did allow me to charge it one night but I left a $65,000 boat sitting way away from the cabin in the woods. The bedroom window would not open and was broke so it taped over I had to priod open one roll of toilet paper one roll of paper towels I tried to park my boat where I had plenty of room at my cabin any owner blocked the road so I couldn't get there and this is a raised town lake vacation resort where people take boats

Response from VrboOwner on 27 Mar, 2020
William, we're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay at this cabin. The homeowner appreciates your feedback but would like to note that Saddle Ranch is located in the woods at a campsite. The location also does have a place for boats to park, but we're very sorry if you were unable to locate it. As is standard in the vacation rental industry, this cabin provides the industry standard amount of toiletries and other essentials, but we apologize if you found that not to be enough for your stay. The owner also promptly communicated the issue with the window as it was broken when the cabin was repainted. Since your stay, the owner has addressed this issue and is confident it will not recur for future guests. It's also our understanding that the owner went to generous measures to accommodate you during your stay, but we apologize if you feel as though their efforts were insufficient. We wish you the best in your future travels! Best, the Evolve Team
