Welcome to this great condo to have either a Disney visit or to rest in winter time !

You can expect a fully furnished condo in this Premier gated vacation community of Legacy Dunes Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, located just 5 miles from Walt Disney World.

The nicely decorated living room has a Queen Sofa Bed, a 49' Smart TV with cable and a X Box game console with games.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a large walk in closet and King size bed, with Beautyrest Eurotop mattress.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities you should require during your stay. It has all appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a coffeemaker, toaster, blender. Off the kitchen there is a laundry room with washer/dryer and an iron with ironing board as well.

The kitchen area opens to the living room/dining area. This condo sleeps up to 4 people.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter with detergent for the kitchen, the dishwasher and the washing machine. As well as toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to bring them back to the condo.

The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure. We kindly will ask for your ID with photo to send you the instructions before your arrival.

Legacy Dunes Resort has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, with a beach style entrance (ideal for kids). There is a second swimming pool for more exercise ! The clubhouse has TV room and game room. During your stay you will be able to use the fitness center, play basketball, volleyball, tennis and let you children go to the children's playground. and much more. A great resort for the entire family to enjoy.
For all those activities you will use the access card left in you condo.

Legacy Dunes Resort is located just 5 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort.

Great stay! We will be back! Everything you need and more for a comfortable stay on Orlando. Close to anything you need. Grounds are wonderful, pool as great! One is heated, which was perfect for a warm January day!We did bring our own pan - mostly because we like having our cast iron, but glad we did because the pans are scratched up. Only downside to the place!

This was our second stay ‘At sea’ we really like the position of the apartment, nice area, convenient to get to major parks. The condo has had new flooring since our last stay which was lovely. The condo has everything you need should you wish to cook, a hairdryer and straighteners in bathroom but I bought my own so can’t comment on what they are like to use. This time the 5g in the area was dire and the free WiFi wasn’t much better, made it very difficult to try and do a Tesco order for when we got home and ended up doing it at one of the parks. The bed is THE most comfortable bed I’ve slept in and I have had to look up where I can purchase the mattress! All in all we very much enjoyed our stay, thankyou

Great stay

Only 15 min from the parks and really close to a lot of nice restaurants and fun stuff to do. There’s also a target nearby which was convenient and so is the gas station right outside the apartment.
