O apto é lindo demais, super completo e confortável, a segurança e a localização é um ponto a mais. Nos sentimos super seguros e bem recebidos, a Karen que é a proprietária é muito fofa e cordial, super atenciosa e educada. Nos passou ótimas dicas e indicações de lugares para visitarmos e comermos, como foi a nossa primeira vez em Ubatuba a experiência foi incrível. Iremos voltar mais vezes e conhecer o resto desse lugar tão lindo e maravilhoso.

Férias fantásticas em Ubatuba!

Fenomenal foi minha estadia... Confesso que fiquei com o pé atrás quando eu vi as fotos do apartamento na internet. Mas quando cheguei ao local percebi que era melhor do que eu esperava. A Karen (proprietária) teve cuidado desde indicar a melhor localização pelo Waze, assim como guia explicativo com os dados do apartamento e indicação noturna para passeio. O Apartamento: - Decoração do ambiente é de muito bom gosto. Rico em detalhes, apartamento novo com Ar condicionado, ventilador, suíte, área gourmet com churrasqueira. Mobília nova com internet, e vários atrativos. A garagem é coberta, dispõe de elevador e para lazer possui 5 piscinas, um Mini lago, campinho de futebol e parque para as crianças. ( Meus filhos amaram)! A localização é próximo do Centro de Ubatuba e 300 metros da praia dê Perequê, super indico para as crianças, da para ir a pé, possui padaria, farmácia, posto de gasolina e mercado próximo do condomínio. A segurança do condomínio é empeçáveis, possui câmeras de monitoramento, ronda da segurança e portaria com identificação 24 horas. A limpeza do local é impecável e os blocos possuem camareiras a quais mantém o prédio limpo, cheiroso e organizado. Me senti em casa e muito feliz por levar a minha família em um ambiente tão acolhedor, versátil e útil. Obrigado HomeWay e Karen, por proporcionar esse ambiente fantástico para minha família. Com certeza recomendo o local e voltarei para o local.
